In your opinion, if the ICO is not registered on the market, is it fraud if not registered on the market? Maybe this can be a lesson for all of us, so we are not affected by some ICOs who have roamed everywhere and who are not registered in the market. what do you think? So there is nothing like registering on the market (probably you meant listing on an exchange) they are over 80% scam icos around even when the list on an exchange it is not a guarantee that it is a good ico most ico listed actual dumps to dust. Well you can only be cautious although you can't be 100% correct about an ico but a good and professional look at the white paper and also the team behind the project and who are already invested in it. Consider the up and downsides. It's best to go for projects supported by an already established and verifiable infrastructure. Do your research and invest sparingly if at all in ICOs.
