I understand that every country has it own regulations ICO projects, but I can't think of any country in Africa that has any regulations governing ICO projects, e.g Nigeria. my company is on the edge of launching it ICO project, but I'm kind of skeptical as we don't want to go against any governmental rules/regulations relating to Crypto/ICO projects. like I said, in our country there's no governmental regulations governing ICO companies/project.
