Title: ALT wallets
Post by: Mrgdog on October 06, 2018, 10:37:48 PM
Looking for some knoledge and suggestions on this subject.

Hi I own about $4000.00 in bitcoin and small amounts in alt coins on different exchanges, I have been involved in small purchases now for 6 months, I believe the coins all are just about at the bottom, gettinf ready ti invest a little more in each investment to see where it all goes. Question I do not know how to go about getting one secure wallet for all the different coins i own on 4 to 5 exchanges. Where can i get help with this. I want one wallet / place to store all my coins from all the different exchanges. IE: 9 coins Biance, 2 coins Bitterex, 2 Kucoin, 5 coinbase. How and where do i get one secure wallet that can house all these coins and future coins that i may purchase.Mr Charles Doerr cmabz@me.com 561 436 5036

Just try to use the multi wallet that gives you ability to take your own privatekey, Imtoken, exodus, EIDO (ERC20 and ethereum only)
These multi wallet look good for you but remember try to choose one that supported all of your asset dude. and be careful with your wallet and safe them all in the hadward without any connection to the internet

Warning! User Qiuyue201 is using stolen account!

Cancel all his bounties etc.!

Hello, scammer.

You stole my account. I am reporting this form now on to all the bounties you are attemptimg to participate in (but I am doing it at the last of the bounty so you have to work for nothing). Also reporting to all the prevoiuos bounties that ended and you were not paid for them yet. Also reporting to Bitcointalk administration that you are using my stolen account. This is second time it happened to me. Not sure if you were last time or someone else, but this time I am asking them to ban all your accouints if you have any multi accounts.

You see, in order to answer your question, we need to know what kind of altcoins you have. There are wallets that can support some coins, but others cannot. But I will advise you  Ethos. Try it, if it does not work out, then better keep all the coins on one exchange

What are those altcoins you have? maybe these hardware wallets support most of them.

- Trezor
- Ledger Nano S
- KeepKey
- Digital Bitbox

ETH wallets are the most popular. but in some projects, they started to develop their own wallet.

loop, ada, qtum, mnx, waves, etc..

if coin has its wallet, I suggest you keep it.

First you would need secure wallets for your coins. Perhaps the coins you own, have different basis, which means you might need to get different wallets for them.
For instance, if you have ERC20 compatible coins on some of those exchanges, you can decide to make use of metamast. Get the google chrome extension of metamast. You can as well use imtoken wallet.
If you have the capacity to purchase hardware wallet which is more secured, you should.
You can use Coinomi or blockchain wallet for your bitcoin.
Perhaps if you list those altcoins you have, that might give me more clue on how to advise you more.
