Positive promotions brings more investors fall into crypto market. Yes and this is agreed. I would like to say that negative promotion filters strong and confident investors in the market. How do you see it? I say we need strong and confident investors in the crypto market then investors who just look for huge profits a sudden and leave out for another platform if they do not see profits within the time they expect. Whats your thought on it?

You have to differentiate between FUD and negative promotion. There is a lot of nonsense in the news that makes the market slightly affected by novice investors who make decisions based on that nonsense & trading bots.
The cynical promotion has more market effects and is due to real factors such as a hacking platform or ban. It is the whales game where big profit or a big loss.
cryptocurrencies have proved their value, so in any case, they have value, but I can not guarantee that value "maybe 6000, 600 or 6."

Just like what they say, 'negative or positive news it's still publicity' so yes its good to the market. Other fought through negative promotion and they strengthen their believe or bitcoin or crypto. For me, we already have not just strong and confident investors, but they are really getting to be intelligent and smarter. And whatever promotion we received, they will just laugh it off and will take advantage of it.

There are two types of investors.  One is the big investors you may call whales.  
Always looking for some chances to gain profits.  They never stick to just one type of investment.  They have different options and will switch to other option where they think will be getting more profit.  
They invest in gold when the price of gold is assumed  to rise.  But will sell when they feel that the price has touched it's height and there is no gain in staying there anymore,  When stocks are rising they will jump to stock market.  They have also options of investment in land and  buildings.  So they may switch to any option of profit.  Positive news attract them but they run away from the negative atmosphere.  

There are some small investors they will enter the market hearing the big profits earned by their friends or relatives.  Their entry time is also when positive news are everywhere.  They invest in rising market.  But if the price falls below their invested amount they mostly just will wait the price to recover to their investment level.  They will not leave.  But also will not invest anymore.  

So we can say that positive news will add to investments and negative news will decrease any further inflow to the market.

But if the crypto is used as currency only not as investment only then we can except permanent or very long term investments.

Yes both positive and negative promotion or news help cryptocurrency. The reason to this is, in the media, news is news. A news item is far reaching to the heart of those listening or reading instead of not being on air. So,  whichever way it comes, it beams the light of the product to the people in form of awareness at least. Although negative promotion should pull down a coin but especially with bitcoin, I have not really see an immediate drop because of what hate message was sent against bitcoin.

There are times when the competition between projects results in bad publicity against one another, but in my opinion this market is the opinion of the people and their way of interpreting things, it is the beauty of this cryptoworld that we can all have a different way of thinking and that's fine !!  ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

In any way both, negative and positive promotion attracts new users. You may ask, why negative? Because when someone sees negative and in Bitcoin it's usually price loss, they get interested to know what made this turn from positive to negative and is it possible to finally achieve positive side? Also some people believe that every rise comes after fall. And simple people are usually attracted by positive news so I agree you in your proposal because you share nearly same idea.

For a business that is established, no publicity is bad publicity because every thing can be turned into more popularity. A perfect example is Nike whose advertisement at specific times have been riddled with controversies but comparing their revenue at this period brought about significant increase to suggest that even the bad publicity is good for them. But the same cannot be said to be for other companies that just one bad publicity sent them out of business for example can't remember the name now, the company with data issue with Facebook.

In the case of bitcoin, I think that positive promotions is what focus should be made as that could also be interpreted to be bad because of some certain people who are bent on seeing its end. On the strong investors, we actually need more than that in the crypto market because the percentage of the strong investors are not enough to push to the intended height but the interest of both the weak, disturbed, uncertain, and once a while investors needs to be met in the market.

Don't worry with those investors that are only here to chunk some quick profit. They are going through with some filtering as well with these corrections that are we are experiencing. Good or bad publicity still its a publicity for bitcoin.

Talking about those investors, that doesn't matter if they are only here to have quick profit or for long term commitment. You can't set people's mind to be here forever and you can't control their mindsets for having a long term goal to stay.

There will always be two phases to the market as far as I am concerned which is a downtrend phase or an uptrend phase and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Also, there will always be four different set of people in the market, the whales who are always the ones controlling the prices and trying to shake out the weak hands, then we have the traders who are trying to take advantage of the fluctuations, and then the real holders who are looking to the long term and then finally, the weak hands which I already mentioned when it comes to shaking them out.

All these number of people are part of the market, and news is just a fundamental part of the market that drives the market somehow, but the fact that a market is down now does not mean it would be down forever.

What is the purpose of negative promotion if the sole aim is not to run down businesses? The enthusiasts you see today are the ones who have originally been attracted to cryptocurrency through positive promotion and decided to remain firm despite the negative promotion they later heard. If all you have ever heard about a thing is negative, you can hardly be attracted to such a thing.

But how do you intend to find those strong and self-confident investors? Because in my opinion, such people appear at a time when positive promotions are attracting the largest number of people in this market. So without positive promotions, you will never get any investors.

We should actually say negative or positive news as those are the things that get the market driven fundamentally. I would not want to say there is anything like a negative promotion as no team would actually want to attach negative to their project as far as I am concerned.

However, news either good or bad is always going to be a part of the market and there is no way you can avoid any of them and it is those bad news sometimes that actually even makes the market stronger in the long run. As long as a market withstands negative news, come back strong in the end and recover hugely, that speaks somehow into the potential future of the project.

Yeah, everything is always going to be publicity as at the end of the day, whatever news come from the mainstream media, it just keeps pushing the market out there. One thing with people is that they will always decide which lane they want to choose irrespective of what they are listening to and practically based on their knowledge.

For what it is worth, even bad news has had some major role to play when it comes to bitcoin gaining more publicity over time. We have seen the way things have been for a while and how a lot of people have gotten to try to find out more about bitcoin even despite the negative news flying around, so at the end, it all depends on how you want to take each news as they come.

I have a question. what is negative promotion do you think? if someone is serious. he wants to build a startup and a legit person. he wants to get the investor to develop his product. then why would he do negative promotions? that is simply stupid. why should someone spend a lot of money and then choose to do negative promotion? unless he doesnt know what is positive promotion and what is negative.

Positive news does indeed bring more people to the market, but sometime negative or bad publicity brings in more people than positive publicity. People tend to hear more about negative news than those of positive publicity. This in turn helps to draw attention towards something that would otherwise would have gone unnoticed. Like, look at the amount of negativity that was passed when the price of bitcoin was rising extremely fast back in 2017. As a result of those negative news, more people got to know about bitcoin for the first time and most of them ended up being more interested on it.

That is giving the mass an idea that these medias are following the trend of bitcoin. What's the purpose of following its up and down? they give bad or good review still they are giving exposure to bitcoin no matter how bad the review is, people who have been here knows what's the truth about bitcoin.

I know a news media that whenever they give an opinion if this is the time of bull run, opposite thing is happening. And if they are giving an opinion if its the dip, there's a small pump that will come. Maybe that's just a coincidence but I'm sure others noticed it too.

Confident investors indeed very necessary because usually they can ignore negative news who come from other people and these kind of investors usually stronger to facing downtrend situations because they are confident with their investment asset and stick with what they have and i think currently we need more people like this but unfortunately only several people dare to do so

Exactly! The way people decide to interpret things is what actually counts the most and like audaciousbeing said, no publicity is bad publicity as most times even bad news can end up making something to even gain popularity in the long run and I totally agree with that.

In fact, having been in the entertainment world in itself, this is something I have seen a lot of celebrities do over time just to be able to gain recognition and such type of publicity can be used in any space, including the cryptocurrency space, but the effect most of the time for bad ones, may be a lot bad if care is not taken or if overdone.

Negative promotion can certainly filter the real enthusiasts from the weak hands but the fact is that negative promotion shouldn't come first because it can chase people away from a project.

I think we need a combination of both weak and strong hands in the market. A lot of dumb money is needed too as this creates a lot of liquidity the market. I howverr do not think negative news is a good for any business,that includes cryptos

I was also involved in crypto when the value was at its peak, at which point I was invited by friends to make promises of big profits that could be received. After nearly a year of joining, what I have is the experience and huge losses, friends are no longer involved. Even so, I still believe in the future of crypto even though it has many FUDs

Not all would really be that optimistic when it comes to investment specially on crypto yet not all wont really have the same mentality when it comes to their perspective into this field.As an investor i would definitely stick out into a thing that really gives out profit but if not then its just a normal reaction or part of human instinct to jump into much better one but there would really people that will retain because they do believe out too much on crypto potential.

I think, negative promotion can cause to bitcoin into falling at some time. It can also affect the mindset of people and also big investors because they bringing big money in crypto and they don't just want to waste money to it. So it is better if we always have a positive promotion for bitcoin for us to grow and for bitcoin to strengthen more.

some negative news is a form of intervention that aims to destroy the growth of crypto market value, but I do not see that it will affect crypto market price movements, because the investment in crypto is done individually so that every investor who joins the crypto world must have thought carefully about Investment activities that have been carried out without the influence of negative news or vice versa are positive news.

Negative news travels faster than good news . Whether negative negative or positive, at least it puts cryptocurrency on the net and makes it popular. It’s then left for people to reason with their mind to know if the bad news that are being spread about a particular coin is for real or not.

You need to ask yourself whether there are people making use of that coin… If there is, then why are they still making use of it desire everything that is being said.

I think you cannot follow any other people review or suggestion in this type of field it will not work table because the success and defeated face only by you so make decisions with your knowledge and experience anything will happen it will be OK.

Always positive promotions only strengthens crypto market, it will bring more and more new investors in to the market. The market will move forward and negative promotions will affect the market.

I agree. Only positive news can bring positive outcome to the market. You just have to look at what happened last year, the price went to the moon because of so much positive news popping around. As compare to this year wherein there's a lot of FUD and negative news like regulations and government hard stance on crypto.

    There are different kinds of investors but mostly an investors are always has a positive mindset,even negative things happen they turn it into positive. Negative news has a effect to them but they always find a way to make positive on their view. I second your point of view. The recent bombing of google adds on cryptos can seriously be a great concern for all cryptos and can adversely affect the pricing and investments in cryptos. We can actually see the market being bearish now... We need to make sure that cryptos are being marketed positively by marketing the basic idea behind cryptos!

That’s true, they both promotes Bitcoin, but another thing that is important is what news are they really passing through to the people? That’s very important.

So I will say that the most important we need is positive news, but we can’t make it happen. The news will always carry whatever is currently happening and he universe decides by itself what is to happen next. If you post fake positive reviews, people will always find out. So let things be the way they should.

While others might believe that both positive and negative publicity is good for crypto currency and its effect on price, promotions that is needed now is the positive one and it should also be a consistent one because when you look at the effect that positive publicity make on the price, its not as effective as what the negative one do so for them to measure out, the positive one needs to be more than the negative counterpart especially at this period of time where there is little or no great news around the corner or expecting to break in the nearest future.

Yes, positive news is basically for growth and negative news most of the time is just there to scare away the weak hands. Those who understand what they are investing in most of the time will always be so keen about the positive development of the space they are in, and even if there is negative news, they will have to verify it first and that even depends on the magnitude of the negative news that we are talking about.

These two type of news, we absolutely cannot run away from them and we just have to accept them as part of the market fundamentals, what we do with them is what counts at the end of the day if I am asked.

I think the popularity of a certain thing or person is not only define in the numbers of it's likers and supporters. Sometimes the more the critics the more it gets popular and promotes it's features some may doubt it but it will serve as a motivation for them to explore and if all doubts are cleared they will start trusting it.

That makes the publicity good whether the news are very bad and against to it. We are all in for the positive ones and we do disagree for the negative ones.
I won't discuss more with the positive ones as we know on what that really brings to the market. But with the negative ones those probably have their own hidden agenda.

Definitely negative promotion will not strengthen the crypto currencies but it will help the name to be recognized more by the people so when there is positive news about it they will accept crypto currencies and make use of it.People keep spreading false news about the cryptos as ponzi we need to get them away first if we want the cryptos to be recognized as what it is.

In my opinion the best thing is this that every investor should search the market thoroughly and analyze the market of bitcoin to take decision about their investment. Only right things can strengthen the market. Every investor should try to promote bitcoin in his way and convince people to put their money in bitcoin. When the investment cap increases the price will also go up and the market will turn into green.

An investor that even knows what he or she is doing in a market will never use news to be the stepping stool when it comes to investing. They know what they are looking for and as long as the potential is there, they are willing to wait and take all the risk they can to achieve what they want.

The only people that panic at the hearing of negative news are those who are not confident of the market and all they are doing is to find a quick means to get bucks and this is where things tend to go bad and negative for them as they keep channeling their mind and focus on those negativities.

positive promotion? yes because it can attract more potential investors to enter the cryptocurrency scene but negative promotion ? no i dont really think so , negativativity can greatly affect the overall performance of the cryptos and it can also decrease the existing investors resultling for them to leave and quit because they will get discourage .

thats why, we should be careful on what we promote online .  lets make sure that we are only promoting legit projects that doesnt affect the status of other peope or organizations .

Normally strong and serious investors would bring more Pease and concrete prices on the crypto market, but how would you attract them if the crypto market turn to the place where people to come for fast profits from its the most beginning? The market is such unsure place that serious investors just trying to stay away to not fail under a mass sail of coins which they simply may skip and loose all of their basic investments.

It is a fact that negative statements and false news creates ambiguity in people’s mind and it is hard for them to decide what they should do. Negative attitude from some people is not good for the promotion of bitcoin. We should also be positive and optimistic about the future of bitcoin price in the future. The thing with positive and negative promotion is that you will always get to see both, depending on the extent to how negative promotion tends to affect the market. For a crypto market though, I am sure no one will really want to use negativity to get linked with their project which is one thing I believe that even with negative promotion, there will still always be a limit to it.

Yes, I think investors sometimes only think about quick profits.
for example, at the end of last year's bullrun, they sold their assets massively to significantly reduce the prices of bitcoin and altcoin.
moreover the negative issue about crypto makes investors withdraw their money from the market, this is very regrettable because if they make a long-term investment they will be safe.

Some say that every promotion, both positive and negative is good advertisment and promotion. In case of cryptocurrencies I'm not so sure about that.
In past we have seen situations where some negative news influenced bad on crypto market and the mood of investors. And we all know what panic among users could do.
I think that we lack more good and positive promotion because cryptocurrencies still have too much of bad reputation and people are not well informed about them that is why negative information still have biger influence. This should be changed.

Yes, only the most confident and loyal investors remain positive and believe in the further bull market return. A lot of people feel extremely disappointed. And it's not good for the market. Because the market should be supported by the higher demand. And the current situation is not encouraging for new investors. No one wanna take risks, that's why the market is stuck.

Both negative and positive promotions can strengthen crypto market it depends upon who you are as an investor. If positive the value will increase then if you will exchange it there will be a good profit but if it is negative its value decreases then it is also an opportunity to also make a profit on it by buying at low at sell it on high. There were panic investors who sell their cryptos at low cost.

I think that the positive promotion may have more effect of the market. Although experienced investors do not bother about it but still the new comer who are mostly show more interested in market care about such promotion as they do not have so many other sources to get legit information about the market.

Yes from negative promotions we can see real investors. Men who invest with their own decision, they do not think positive or negative news. They do their work with own decision. But matter of sorrow that our maximum investors do their investment with another decision and as a result when they see fault news they take their investments with lose. As a result market fail again.

No one should get bother by the price rise and fall because it is very normal, price use to rise and fall with the demand of market, actually when more people start talking positive so it effects price get bigger and when the bad news comes so it makes price a bit down, so try to maintain the situation try to buy at red and hold it opens the gate of success.
