I think that it will be with this news that further growth will begin, I have analyzed such situations many times - when publish the main news, basically they are manipulating the market. It's bad that there is no like the shares of sec .We are waiting for news further, everything should be normalized.

True or not, if you don't hold the private keys to your Bitcoin then you don't own your bitcoin.  And it's also not a good idea to keep coins lying around on an exchange unless you are actively trading. Anyone remember Cryptsy?  That guy absconded with millions.

Maybe it's just fake news. We need to wait the official announcement. I think that somebody is manupulating in the market with this news. Don't believe in all information.

indeed there can be false news, but because I found this news from bitcoin.com which has been holding true news, I am looking for more reliable news sources other than bitcoin.com

After they suffered after hacking, half of them closed forever, and half changed their names.
This is how many people write; this is precisely why you cannot find their names.

It has now turned to a regular thing every week. Hacking news always coming out and have negative effect on the market. This is a great concern for this community and something needs to be done. We need positive news at least to show we are moving forward and not backwards .

The Government of Korea has carried out security checks on the cryptographic operations in the country. The essence of electronic money exchange is always being exposed to network threats ... hacking incidents happen right away. even in places where the government conducts security checks. Many security issues have been found, as news.Bitcoin.com has reported previously.

It was already fresh news and I think it was true but that was sad because KOREA is one of the biggest community in crypto and I think it will lead again dumping the tokens because of this bad news.

Thats it dude, never leave our coins in any exchange even how popular and reliable they are, because hackers are always hacking and they have the skills and doing this perfectly..

So why need to leave money in exchange when you can tranfer back to the wallet after every trading to prevent from being victims

It could be those low volume new exchanges that just finished their ico. Not really surprised as some don't enforce 2fa which makes it easier to hack.

It is quite unfortunate if the news is really true. I believe the activities of hackers  really have a negative effect on how investors perceive the crypto market and this is really affecting the world of crypto. The hackers are around us, it's  hard time we take security tips seriously so we don't become victims of attacks.

Quote
The South Korean National Police Agency has produced a report of all hacking incidents of crypto exchanges and wallets in the country during the past three years.

Did you read even first sentence of the article? It is clearly stated that all this cases happened during the past three years and they name all hacked exchanges : Ripple4y, Yapizon, Bithumb (2x), Coinis, Youbit, Coinrail. What to say about your research, perhaps you should learn to read first.

is this the incident that makes the price of bitcoin and other cryptocurrnecy dropping? or not? if yes i think the news is come from octobe and right now is the end of the november

This news has nothing to do with the current situation, it is the result of a three-year period research in South Korea related with domestic crypto exchange hacking.

It is sad that even in this bear market, cryptocurrency exchanges has been hacked. Of course it will make the market worse by dumping the hacked coins.
The holders of the coins must learn more about how to secure their wallet, especially the exchange owner.
If there are no wallets hacked, the dump of the coins in this bear market can be reduced.

No need to worry, your assets will not be lost in the wallet if you do not deploy and protect your private key safely. the phenomenon of hacking into the market and some wallets will only have a slight effect on crypto market prices, not significant enough, because they are also market owners who may not be silent, maybe even one minute after the hacking, their IT experts will immediately take further security measures.

I really don't want to hear news like the 2nd version of Bithumb Hacked

Real news or not we should be very carefull with the hackers. Secure our wallet and dont let hackers to know your private keys. Double check your accounts not to easily reached by hackers and dont just go yo any phising sites or any doubted sites that looks like an original site but it is actually a fraud.

Please read my post again (post 25) and try to understand it, this is not fake news and you are just bad to use search engine or to understand basic things. It did not happen at once, but in a period of three years from 2016 to 2018 and it includes 7 exchanges. It is unbelievable that people are writing such stupid posts without any intention to read what's it all about.

When not getting infected with ransomware demanding payment for a key paid in Bitcoins I get black mail threats about myself being caught peddle and cranking
whilst watching internet porn and my PC's camera was hacked to record the event but if I pay $7,000 using BTC then my dignity will be saved, not that I ever take the
black tape off my PC's camera, thanks to Microsoft spyware.

Now we get all this so called hacking (miners I bet, part of backdoor development team) which means that Bitcoin is more trouble than it's worth
to most people and in many cases mining code has been hidden by wallets on their machines to burn up CPU power and waste the network.

Must be Putin (Works for Israel he does) and them Russian hacker again it must be.

It's quite unfortunate that some exchanges aren't that secured to hold your assets due to the fear of loosing them to hackers. Hoping that full.decentralization is embraced so that such incidence can be reduced if not total stoppage.
