If knowingly then treid to destroy tvplus006's account. And 10% chance both account is of same person used same twitter profile by mistake. In this case they didn't understand they using other profiles.
Regarding Olaiasal36, olaiasal11 and Olaiasal18 if Olaiasal36 or Olaiasal18 not banned then they are abusing bounty. They only posted social profile links which can be known if you look into a bounty participant's post history carefully.

They only posted social profile links which can be known if you look into a bounty participant's post history carefully. Due to the fact that a lot of bounty managers just simply don't check, those users most likely thought that they could leverage some other person's profiles into a reward for themselves.
