When your post count exceeds the number of days you've been a member on this forum you only need to post once per 14 day period to earn the entire 14 activity points. Once your activity points match your number of posts you'll have to make 14 posts per 14 day period to earn all 14 activity points. Make sense? The forum has a '14 activity window' during this time 14 posts would get you 14 activity, even if you didn't start posting at the start of the window, and also if you fail to make the 14 posts, you miss the activity for that window, and have to make 14 posts during the next window.

I suggest that you focus more on reading vital information in here and try to post substantial posts if you want your rank to level up. Your number of activities won't matter if you can't get any single merit. A newbie needs 1 merit to rank up to Jr. Member and 10 merits to rank up to Member and so on.
