Title: I have a large number of Asian Bitcoin buyers, do you want to cooperate?
Post by: nantz on October 10, 2018, 01:10:30 PM
In China, Hong Kong, Japan, etc., there are many buyers who want to buy more than 10k BTCs to find me to act as an intermediary.

But there are not many sellers on this side. Is there any way to find more real sellers?

Why they need to find you to act as an intermediary? Why they do not use all the available exchanges? Sorry but it seems a little bit suspicious IMO, ask you as intermediary for such huge amount so you must be so trusted person they have ever met. Buying such huge amount should be experienced people in this crypto world, as newbies wont do that especially if they are going to buy it online from person that they do not know well.

I think that would take more than that in order for the price of Bitcoin to move above $10k, but I really hope that your plan would work and I would join you with that.

Why do buyers want me to act as an intermediary instead of buying it myself?

1. They need to buy a large amount at once, so the exchange or OTC website is not suitable
2. I have made a few good deals here, so everyone will increase trust.
3. For the rich, family consortiums, and large companies, buy bitcoin as a kind of asset allocation, so that they would like to have the right agent to complete these transactions.

Why should I come here to find cooperation?

1. Because I just said that there are not many real sellers and sellers here, but more and more buyers.
2. I also hope that the relationship between the Asian market and the global market can be promoted and Bitcoin can flow.

why does the buyer place themselves at high risk, 10k BTC is a very large amount, if indeed they want to buy why not make a Buy Order in a big market?
most things like this end with one of them being scammed

Those people can simple go to many of the exchanges and just buy themselves, there is no need for a middleman for purchasing. Think of binance, bittrex, poloniex, coinbase, bitfinex, cryptoia, kraken and many more with the addition of localbitcoins as well.

If you want a trusted website to buy over 10k worth of bitcoins you can just use binance but be careful to buy slowly because if you purchase all of a sudden two problems will occur, first they may get suspicious about the activity level and second the more you buy the more you pump the price and will need to pay premium.

Unfortunately, at this stage, you would not really see much sellers who are willing to part with their bitcoin rather what you will end up seeing would be people who are actually looking to buy the dips, one way or the other, maybe they will have to still go the OTC way. I wonder why they would think OTC is not suitable and even if they are trying to run away from verification, there are still so many other channels like localbitcoins, where they can do P2P transactions with local sellers.

I doubt if you will even see someone who will want to pay much attention to you at this point, judging from the fact that the market is down and the sentiment right now is to buy and judging from the fact that you are just a newbie. Who would want to take that risk? Would you?

If they want to do that, why can't they just get it OTC way or possible just make use of a local exchange rather than trying to use you as an intermediary. What is the point of you being an intermediary in this whole equation anyway? A lot of things sound shady in what you have said, and obviously being a newbie, for you to really think anyone would want to pay attention to you is actually something funny.

If I want to sell BTC, I know the proper channel to do so without having to take some unnecessary risk. If you are looking for real sellers, you should take a look at localbitcoin, you will find them there surplus.

If you are serious then go to the currency exchange section or just move this thread to that section because I have seen lot of people claiming that they can sell huge amount of bitcoin for cash or different kind of method so try them too but most of them were scammers so don't forget to use escrow for the transactions and don't buy all at once.

10k btc means over $6mil in cash. this is a very big amount. no doubt there is some big transaction from time to time. but this must tread carefully. let us know the plan or we might can able to pull this off.

This need a lot of proofs or trust before you acquiring this, at least shows us some of your escrowed transaction thus the investors that you're talking about. The mere thought that you're a newbie made everything shady.

If you guys just buy in the exchange sites then the better, surely the price will have a huge jump.

For me, it doesn’t seem suspicious as long as you’re going to pay for what you need first before it’s delivered to you.
This will do anyhow, even he said that he's already the escrow yet this isn't enough.

Go to Currency exchange  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) where you can see lot of people from different parts of this world selling and buying crypto currencies where you may get a seller who is able to provide $10K bitcoins.

The problem here is that you are a newbie, how can we take your word seriously? Buying huge amount of bitcoins here involves trust specially on the part of seller and you don't have one. You said you have made a few good deals here but all I see in your post is all about bounty?

2. I have made a few good deals here, so everyone will increase trust.

Here? In this forum? But why there is no history about the deals you have made so far? I believe even if you are newbies then there will be at least few feedback on your account or at least there will be post history about the deals.

1. They need to buy a large amount at once, so the exchange or OTC website is not suitable

How large is that? You said you have large number of bitcoin buyers, so I guess the 10k bitcoin you are talking about is a total number of many buyers. Isn't easy for them to buy it themselves through exchanges? I wonder how could they trust you for that big amount of money.

I thought OTC means to trade large amount outside exchange to minimize fee and price fluctuation
so, why is OTC not suitable for your dealing? because the KYC stuff or something else?

Maybe they want to stay anonymous, thats why they are using intermediary to act for them, but this is more than risky to trade for, because this third person can scam bot buyer and seller together.so please be carefull dealing with this person..use him at your own risk

how can exchange be an unsuitable place, do you just not want KYC in exchange? people will also not directly trust P2P transactions. it's better to go to a cryptocurrency conference or similar community, where you can easily find buyers and sellers

So how will the trade be happening?
I send first then I wait for the money to come to me.
You know that bitcoin transactions will never be cancelled.

At least give some proofs or whatever collateral it may be just so we can say you are really a trusted member.

You said you have made a lot of deals here.
How about showing some printscreens about those deals?
Maybe if we can find one trusted user that you are in transaction with then we can have good terms.

To be honest, it is somehow dangerous to carry out such transactions without escrow or any other guarantor.
The probability of cheating is very high, hardly anyone wants to take that risk.
Centralized exchanges are also not entirely secure, but I still prefer to use it.

I think this forum will really help. We are more or less becoming a family here. Just wait for people to indicate interest as sellers then you can now develop more interest in knowing them more and also create intimate friendship that can build trust where such transaction can thrive. It is not easy because of the trust angle of the business but you can get the desired personality if you try and search deeply. Good luck in your searching.
