What is your biggest mistake you have made that involved Bitcoins? Let us know to avoid your mistakes!

My biggest mistake is that I didn't buy bitcoin 4 years ago :'(

I sold bitcoin, Ethereum, at the very first jump of the course.
We had to wait, the rate soared then 2-3 times stronger

Bitcoin mistake was buying a mining rig at the height of the gpu mania and now I have a bunch of expensive gpus with very little return. 

My mistake is i start trade late after known very early but lil bit knowledge still on learning phass]e

 I am lately sell my bitcoin over month ago, i am still hold my bitcoin 24 month now. hope rising $100k and sell all

Didn`t believe in it years back when I was able to grab some.

Haven't got balls to do that when in May 2014, when the price was around USD350 ... then when I sold it on 2016 (((
Now Im HODLing my ETH and hoping for the same scenario or close with BTC.

my biggest mistake is i transfer it into binance platform

Reject few offers of 0.5~2 BTC 6 years ago. Played Dota2 back then, got into the Dota2 trading scene, was making around ~1k/month (which is not too bad for a video game), then i got a few offer with payment in BTC for my digital item. My naive young me back then didn't understand enough about the technology, decided to go for the "safe route" and decline those offers. Well i was proven wrong a few years later. Definitely a lesson in trading for me.

Late entry, i am supposedly known as an IT GEEK to people who know me, and i think I am, i was suppose to be in btc before 2012. i wasted so much time questioning the future of bitcoin.

The same as many other people : late entry to the technology. I was in doubt before, so i missed my chance. But it was a good lesson.

Fall for a scam ( your normal get free BTC stuff. I was dumb, i know). Was only ~1k around at the time though, so lucky me at that.

I think one of my biggest bitcoin mistake was HODLing on the time it was so very high and thinking it will go more higher, then i end up like this today that bitcoin is so low.

Yh. Some say that. The central aim of most evils fall back to money. When you don’t have , you get ideas that you have to sift out with evil brackets.
Money has its advantages that out way the demerits

my biggest mistake about bitcoin is when i bought bitcoin just for investing at HYIP website
because i don't know before and they take all my coins  :(

I had a lot of bitcoin, and several alts,  in a wallet in an old computer. When I got a new comp I forgot to transfer coin wallets and lost all the coin I had in wallets.

My biggest mistake is that I didn't buy bitcoin 5-7 years ago. I feel very sorry and desperate. I could be a bitcoin millionaire.

My biggest bitcoins mistake is when i started to earn altcoins and eventually sell them in a low price which i should hold those altcoins and wait for their price to go high. But that mistake gives me a lesson and i learn from that mistake. Now i have been holding my coins and waiting for the right moment for their value to go high , so that i can gain more profits from selling my holdings.

My mistake are:
1. When bitcoin was cpu-mineable, I choose to play with the some PTC site.
2. I was not withdraw all my balance from Epay.info before they closed  ::)

The same as everyone else right now, should have sold them a few weeks ago before the whole crypto market collapsed!

Not buying in 2010, not cashing out in 2017 and played in some bitcoin casinos that are scammers and not using escrow... Big mistakes

My Biggest mistake in bitcoin was selling it on lower price in early 2010. I should grab more as much as I can and need to hodl so i can take much advantage of this in 2017-18. The prices were very low in the past and fluctuate in 2017. That was my biggest mistake which I cant forget as I sold 2 + BTC with low prices.

The decentralized nature of BTC makes it crucially important that you maintain control over your private keys. You can lose access to your BTC forever if you lose these all-important codes. That’s exactly what happened to me when i formatted my computer and forgot that it contained my private keys to 2 BTC that I've worked so hard to earn. Learned from that mistake now i always backed up my files to my Google cloud account. Now I'm regaining that lost by playing gambling games at vegascasino.

Same man, i've lost my btc worth a couple hundred of dollars and learned from it so i save my keys on onedrive. Maybe i'll try to regain it also on gambling online, where you playing at?

The mistake is that I have not bought my trust since it was founded.
If I did that, it would be a great fortune now.
