Although it's not clear plagiarism, it's still not allowed. Many of your posts are just a copy from some website, followed by a link. That belongs in the Press section.

If the post contains a link to the source - IMHO it can't be plagiarism

Maybe the user Happywhitehuman has other violations for which he got banned, but if he got banned precisely because of the message of the user stingers, then it is a mistake.

The fact that you duplicated the post in 3 minutes 26 seconds only indicates that you have created 2 identical post in one topic from two different accounts. Nothing more.
