They replied you out about hacking incident of your account either thats a truth thing or just an alibi of that shady exchange.You wont really have any choice but to move on because tracking them wont still give you justice. (Don't send them any money, which they demand to allegedly help you with your problem!) I went to their Twitter social media account and what I saw was that they were no longer active, it was very risky to trade on an exchange that didn't have a good reputation
