As per the title I find it highly probable that rezwalker bought merit from Embroiderymate.

Shitposts he was merited for:

One merit :

nobs(nobs crypto) will take care of all scammers in future
so we will identify scammers easier

Two:

as suggested goto coinmarketcap
and see the prices of your token
see the markets u can use,and the volumes
then choose one ,and you are ready to go

Embroiderymate has negative trust for trying to sell merit (thread is removed though):

I guess you are right based on the posts he is merited for. It is clear that he wants to become a member soon to join some bounties. Explanation is clear and sound.

Without conclusive evidence I believe it's critical to give the benefit of the doubt to rezwalker to prevent abuse down the line due to any loosely-given negatives for an A->B transaction to the receiving end. If we start tagging users who receive merit from an untrusted source then it arms negatively-trusted users with the power to ruin some accounts. If then, there are exceptions, then those same users will now be able to obfuscate and dilute their actual merit abuse.
TL;DR: don't create an abusable precedent, no tag.

It doesn't have to set an absolute precedent whatever the outcome, but merit abuse should probably be taken on a case by case basis. The fact that he received merits for two separate posts within a minute by the same user who is also a scammer and was trying to sell merit it is pretty obvious some shenanigans went on here. If we were going to give people the benefit of the doubt then in probably 99% of cases there's never going to be be enough evidence to be wholly conclusive.

Embroiderymate has negative trust for trying to sell merit (thread is removed though):
No worries! I have archived here (http://archive.ph/tVD1g) , he is self admitted merit seller which is against of forum rules. As well many DT already tagged him for different reason also and I think it's enough for him. I wondering since Embroiderymate merit seller then obviously rezwalker bought merit from him. Because receiver got merit after sell post and post is absolutely spam. In my opinion receiver also deserve negetive feedback due to merit buy.

Embroiderymate - Scammer, I sent him the payment for the account AMAZON through PayPal. He didn't send anything and stopped replying on Skype (nik : embroiderymate) . After my claims in PayPal, he sent them a receipt if he sent me something, and asked to send it back. LOL NEVER HAVE TO DO WITH HIM!

Really?
Did you look at Embroiderymate's trust ratings before dealing with him. Over 15 ratings from Default Trust members are all screaming in red warning anyone not to deal with him. I wonder why you ignored all the warnings.
