Moreover, you probably missed MoneyPolo. I heard that they work in Indian ATM, though they have very stringent KYC norms. Uquid, Cryptopay, Wagecan, Tenx, Bitwala - none of these work. Moreover Uquid is having withdrawal problems and you should stay away from that provider. Wirex only works for EU and Canada (soon to release Canada crypto debit cards (http://https://coinvigilance.com/bitcoin-crypto-debit-card-canada-residents-can-order-and-use-coming-in-2018/)), Shift and Bitpay work for US. The only card that works worldwide is Paycent, and it's a Unionpay card, not Mastercard or Visa.
