Crypto Depository Receipts (CDR's) and native issuance open up a whole new world of finance, removing corporate actions, allowing fractional ownership and almost entirely eliminating transaction costs. Underlying shares are sourced from the market or corporate entity (new issue). CDR's are then issued by CDRX in conjunction with by the depository bank/custodian trust on a blockchain which allows dividend payments, voting and other corporate actions via smart contract. Each CDR represents a single share, and can be traded in fractions of a share, single or multiple shares.

A total of 750.000 tokens (with an equivalent value, based on current Ether value, of $375.000) will be allocated to the SmartDrop.

This will be a staged reward for INVESTORS, who need to complete all the stages in the table below to get their rewards.

Participants will receive a 1:1 match of up to 500 tokens and 1:2 match for purchases between 501 and 1000 tokens (ie. purchase $500 and get $875 of tokens) - the total available bonus per person is $375.  Only one purchase per person.


MANDATORY:

CDRX Smartdrop Campaign requires KYC and minimum investment of 1 token

General rules:

1. The Smartdrop Manager and the Team reserve their right to make changes to the terms in any moment (except the allocation).
2. Payment addresses will NOT be changed after submission.
3. Any kind of offensive or inadequate behaviour when promoting CDRX will result in immediate disqualification from the rewards campaign
4. Managers/Team decisions are final.
5. **People who fail to pass KYC will not receive any tokens at the end of the campaign

Stage 4: Proof of Knowledge

Completing Stages 1-3 (see above) is a prerequisite for this reward.

For this part of the SmartDrop you will need to register on Plazus (if you aren’t registered yet). The registration link will be provided by the AmaZix bot once you completed Stage 1.

There will be a series of live quizzes that you will need to pass in order to get these rewards. All participants will be quizzed simultaneously and the questions will be about these topics:

• Information on the website

The requirements for getting this reward are:

• Register for one of the live quiz dates (TBA) on Flexiquiz. It’s important that you use the same email that you used when registering for Stage 1
