Title: Banned. Reason: Participating in an on-forum altcoin giveaway.
Post by: jecka52 on October 17, 2018, 08:49:19 AM
Hello! My login on the forum - jecka5252 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1624780)
Admin please help me. I was banned for breaking the same rule twice!
Reason: Participating in an on-forum altcoin giveaway.
I did not even have time to go out after the first ban, as I received the second right away. Both violations, without knowing the rules that I am breaking, I made before the first ban! I realized my mistake from the first time. Please remove the second ban if possible. From now on I will try not to break the forum rules. Thank you!

With a post count of 1942 posts, you were unable to look into the bitcointalk rules (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0), which are pinned at almost every forum section?

My mistake! I am an ordinary bounty hunter, who in addition has a main job, a family. There is no time to read all the rules of the forum (and who reads them all) There is not enough time for anything. Moreover, almost a year for this I was not banned. I had no idea that you can not participate in simple airdrop.

3 days for me decides a lot, unfortunately, for the second week I can’t post reports on bounty (((

Yeah these bans are detrimental for bounty hunters. You will miss a whole week's worth of work just because you were banned and couldn't report.
But seriously dude, you got banned before for the same reason and you did not learn from it?
In terms of number of posts and activity you are more senior than 95% of all other members on this forum.
YOU should be moderating all of our work  ;D. You posted daily for a very long time. And you still don't know the rule? tsk tsk tsk ...

There is no time to read all the rules of the forum (and who reads them all) There is not enough time for anything.

So you have time to make endless Facebook and Twitter posts and report them all here in almost 2000 spam posts, but you can't find 10 minutes to read the rules?

The ban is your own fault. Ignorantia juris non excusat (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ignorantia_juris_non_excusat).

Uh oh! Looks like you are using alt accounts to farm bounties as well.

The essence of the problem is not that I got a ban without knowing the rules. All deserved - my mistake. And in that I waited a week for my ban, but it turns out that I was banned again for the same reason as for the first time! But for the old post, which I did before I was banned for the first time, that is, for old sins. And now I've been banned for two weeks! So it can go on forever and I will be punished for the old messages, not giving me the opportunity to delete them?!

Forum doesn't need you. You contribution is zero and you have been violating forum rules. I am wondering, why not permaban ?  I am expecting you will get permaban very soon. This is your second ban means you have no more chance. Next violation will be your last violation. Although you have made lots of post but only bounty thread. Even you can't earned single merit till now, so why forum need you ?

I just got curious about this though, it seems that @Bommi also uses the same FB account. Co-incidence? Hmmm...

I'm guessing, this a friend of friend, under one community, and who's life solely depend on bounties.  ???

No, both is single person. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1570740 and @OP. Accidently couldn't post on multiple thread.

I have archived post history if bommi post history: http://archive.is/rnzsH

Both account should be tagged.

boommi registered in the same bounty as me with my facebook and twitter accounts. Then copied my reports and gave them for him! It is easy to check - he always handed over reports after me. I repeatedly complained about it to the moderator! I have observed such cheaters in the tables in almost every bounty. Guys, why did you attack me as an enemy of the people?

That's one of the lamest excuses I've read yet in one of these ban appeal threads--and you're not the only person on this forum with a family, by the way.  Maybe you can read the rules to your kids at night as some sort of bedtime story, which I'm sure will come in handy for them later in life.  Probably not much later is my guess, though.

Do these giveaway threads get nuked on the spot or what?  I can't say I've seen one in quite a while, since I have all of the altcoin sections blocked, but it's no wonder people are confused about why they're getting banned.  If you didn't specifically know bitcointalk doesn't allow such threads, you might think they're acceptable here, just by their continued presence.  Do those giveaway thread-starters get permabanned?  Seems to me that the folks who initiate them ought to suffer more severe consequences than people just looking for a freebie.

We are not attacking you or whatsoever, It's more of factual basis. Nowadays, a lot of these bounty farmers tend to create tons of account just to cheat there way thru the campaign. As far as I see it, The most common mistake of these cheaters tend to forget that they'd already used a FB, twitter and etc. account to their other account.

Well, as for your case, There's a high possibilities that all of the accounts mentioned above are connected to you.

and I agree to what @coolcrypto said.
Both account should be tagged.

As I said before - I have repeatedly complained about it to a moderator, or do you think that I would complain to myself ?!
