 Hello guys, I am new in the cryptoworld as I heard about about the regulation of the STOs. Please let me know what you think? Is it a good idea to invest in more STOs? What are your personal opinions about this security tokens? I found only one project on the forum that I already invested in with PayPal as I think it is safer. I support this project by sharing news about it in order to help others know about it.

I heard allot of stories that the STO is the new best thing in crypto. Maybe the tokens we invest in will not be useless anymore. I am also studying this process.

The STO is a combination between IPO and ICO .
Orbis is a great project but you need to still be aware and check very closely everything.

A Security Token is a cryptographic token that shares the benefits, pays profits or pays enthusiasm to the token holder. Income from STOs depends on a basic resource, for example, shares, land or workmanship accumulations. STO is not quite the same as Utility tokens in that.

It couldn't chance misfortunes any more drawn out in questionable ICO yet progressively secure STO choice is accessible.

I am actually hoping that STO can be able to catch some fire and be replacing the popular ICO way of crowdfunding. With ICO, one of the big disadvantage is that investors who are funding and financing the project are actually not allowed to get any share of the possible profits of the projects they are into otherwise the project can be categorized as security and which is what many projects are avoiding -- the result is that there is less reason to hold into the tokens because there is no possible income that can be derived out of it. STO hopefully will be changing this structure and if done and use right can be attracting  more investors or buyers into the platform.

I think it is the ICO V2.0 A Security Token is very similar to normal securities traded such as stock shares, derivates and bonds. In this case the security is simply represented in a digital form.

Security Token Offerings already comply with securities law and offer additional benefits. The tokens offer greater liquidity, traceability, accessibility and are decentralized.

STOs are noit yet well established in the crypto space. This method of investment or nature of project is just starting. So perhaps, after getting a foothold, then it might replace other forms of investment.
It is also still a form or way of investing in cryptocurrency, because most of them are still on blockchain, but that the major difference is that they are regulated. You just have to confirm if truly the it is registered.

STO is like a new wave of ICOs, but at the moment we haven't seen any STO, so it is early to discuss STO market.
As for me STO aren't for ordinary people

If you equate a token to securities, then fraudsters will leave the cryptocurrency market and the founders of the projects will begin to fulfill their obligations.

I think this is the right initiative.

I do not think that security tokens will be very popular this year. Many investors are afraid to invest now even in security tokens. I think that we need to wait a few more years.

At Bitbond we launched the Bitbond STO (https://www.bitbondsto.com/), Germany's first Security Token Offering. Personally I know of at least 4 other companies from Germany that are about to launch STOs. In many other countries companies are doing the same and 2019 is the year when everything started to take off.

I strongly believe that security tokens are the way investments will work in the future.

This project does not cause me to trust. I would not invest in it. I do not believe that this project can be successful. Investing in this project is very risky. I do not recommend buying these tokens.

There's enormous opportunity with STO but none of them has proven itself yet and even it's not enticing to many developers out there because it requires more accountability from them which most of them are not ready to give.
