If there was no ban reason, the most likely scenario is that there was some form of plagiarism. Did you ever copy&paste in a post?

You don't even understand what the difference between DT members and moderators, so it's no wonder you have no clue what the rules are here.  DT members can't do shit for you.  Moderators won't do shit for you, because you've been busted for blatant plagiarism.  Browse through Meta and you'll see hundreds of threads just like this, with silly copy/pasters who feel just as broken as you do, and they don't get unbanned.  It doesn't happen.

He can’t try to “start over” again because that would be ban evasion. I recommend that you read the rules so you can know what is allowed and what is not. Telling a banned rule-breaker to create a new account and break more rules isn’t ok.

Unfortunately in life, there are things called consequences. The consequence of your plagiarism is a permanent ban. You are not allowed to create another account on the forum. You may still use the forum as a resource by viewing threads but you will be unable to reply to them or do anything as a non-Guest.

Yes you can do that, but dont try to create new account if your main account is banned.

There is no possibility that your ban will ever get lifted. Any workarounds that you can come up with will make you guilty of ban evasion.  Perhaps you can get away with it. However, chances are pretty good that you will get caught and banned again. If I were you, I certainly wouldn't invest BTC to buy another account. That will be like money thrown down the toilet. You will likely get caught before you can get an ROI. Perhaps you can earn your satoshis by hitting the faucets instead of bothering us here. Or perhaps you can learn how to trade really well to earn some BTC.

ROI means return on investment. Yes, please do go and earn your doctorate in English before attempting to return. (P.S. I hope that you realize that plagiarism is not highly regarded in the higher education circles either.)

Nice try making it sound as if English was the problem. No. Your English is passable in this thread. The reason you got banned is that you were too lazy to make your own posts and you knew that copypasta is prohibited so you thought you'll get away with using a word spinner.

I don't know what to mention you, mate, sir or brother. As my account got ban, everyone treating me like a very bad-evil guy, and I have no right to call someone mate. I'm not sure why you think that breaking a rule that's well-known (in-forum or otherwise) still grants you a second chance. People are ostracized when they break rules because that creates a deterrent. If you are given another chance after the rule is broken, then what is the point? Might as well not have it set in place.

Yes, that account might be get banned too. The bans evading it means banning your self and not to create another account, IF, you do that you may break the rules here in the forum which is really prohibited to the administrator. ( ban evasion).
Now you know OP, that the copy and pasting is a crime, not even here.

To "avoid ban evasion" you need to stop posting. You are allowed to appeal your ban, which you did. An appeal can only succeed if the ban was a moderator's mistake, which it wasn't. Consider your appeal denied (solid proof of plagiarism has been provided) so you need to stop posting now. If you keep posting you will be told to get lost and you will get banned because you're breaking the rules again.

You have made a huge mistake by copying others work and pasted that without their knowing or consent and that thing is considered as plagiarism.  Your ban for plagiarized content is permanent and it will not be forgiven. Doing such acts on this reputed forum is no less than a sin, and the permanent ban is the only punishment for that sin.


Avoiding your ban is also a criminal mindset type of activity as that is highly against the rules, so it is better to accept your ban, and you should never try to evade it because consequences of ban evasion will be worse than you can imagine.

You have broken the forum rules and you were directly asking for ban evasion, how in this world can you expect the good and reputed members of the forum to consider you as trustworthy? Think your mistake twice then you will realize that whatever you did was non-ethical and whatever you received (Permanent ban) is the result of your deeds.
