There is no possibility to recreate your account. (you can only appeal, by making a single post in meta as you have done. ) And any of your alts discovered posting outside meta would also be banned. As the ban is in the user and includes any account he/she holds. Copy and pasting. Accounts aren't unbanned for this. May I suggest that reason for ban be added to permaban as it is for a temporary ban?
