I will give the names of 3 exchanges that are currently in the process of launching. Two that I would recommend and One that I would not.

The two I would recommend are:

Desico - They are new fully regulated exchange for trading security tokens.

Virtuse - They are launching an exchange that will trade Digatal Asset Collaterallized Tokens and have a team with experience running a CO2 credits exchange.

The one I don't recommend is:

KryptoSea - I found problems with how they were identifying the people behind the project and when I asked them about it I got evasive answers and an uncooperative attitude.

The best exchange for me is Coss. It has small fees and many many different coins. It also has a great user interface. A the second place of my list there is HitBtc. But if I want to deal with some shitcoins I always use Etherdelta.

I do not really believe in some new exchanges this year, most of them have a transaction system that is not good enough, recently I tried to have a little exchange with RUBY exchange, and sure enough, there were some problems that arose and very slow transactions

Yes, I agree too many unnecessary exchanges and every day even more. I do not know which are the best, but one thing I know for sure: either the new exchange has no liquidity or volumes are boiled up by bots. So you need to use proven exchanges for asset security.

All of dex that builds on the 0x platform, dragonx, latoken, and b2bx. They are all new exchange sites but based on the top exchange site (adjusted volume) on CMC and they are all having a lot of daily trade volumes.
That makes sense to call them all as a potential exchange site that will growth a lot in the future.

There are too many exchanges but how many of them are even up standard fake volume make it difficult to recognize even a good exchange binance have good volume but some bot trading also come up on binance i don't have any best exchange.

There are really many exchanges. Many traffic flows are concentrated on several major exchanges. Because they have depth and speed. The service experience is very good. I do not recommend the use of new exchanges. Because security is not guaranteed. There is no depth in the transaction. Insufficient flow and so on. Service experience is generally not very good. So it is not recommended here.

i only trust to huge exchanges like binance (but it has bad reputation last time with all that scandals), huobi, my opinion, if something happens
they can pay you compensation for loosing funds, poloniex for me not very friendly personal and long delay with answers (weeks, but it was long ago)

BINANCE, KUCOIN and OKEX will remain in the top.
If we will just search more in the community, we can give a try the new METM.
They are really positive and active in the community.
They didn't let the ICO done, but they are now self-funded exchange.

Are you asking the new launch exchange project in 2018? Will i can't guarantee if its the best since they are all new.But for me the [best exchange is Binance for it's volume and user friendly User Interface and i prepare to choose also the decentralized exchange because of its lower transaction and withdrawal fees. But i'm not introducing any exchange platform this is just and insight from free minded person.

i was still expecting polo would be mentioned. neither binance wasn't mentioned too. exchanges today are much strict, the KYC can affect the volume of exchanges since some are very much concern of privacy. if it weren't for the profit i wouldn't be registering on eosex.com but there are a lot to profit even one midex platform. decentralize exchanges might be big one day.

My favourite three exchanges are Binance, Kucoin and Bittrex. Out of the three, Binance is where I frequently trade with. So far, I do not have any problem with deposit and withdrawal. Contacted the support twice and responses were fast.

I think the best exchange is the bitdepositary because the sale of their ICO is successful and the exchange bitdepositary has an ICO vote feature. I think this is a good feature for exchange.

My choice is CEX. It's a simple exchange with strong security measures. Though sometimes it can ask to provide a lot of documents for verification (which could be quite exhausting). But what is especially good is their fiats support. You can easily buy bitcoins (https://www.cex.io/buy-bitcoins) with cards or via bank transfers there.

The most interesting thing about choosing an exchange is trading fees, withdrawal fees and daily trading volume (liquidity). So that we can easily choose Binance as the number one priority. Then I'll choose Liquid: for strict KYC required and free withdrawal fee. The third is IDEX, a Dex which have highest volume this time.

This is just my personal opinion, the 3 best exchanges in 2018 are probably Binance, Kucoin and houbi ...Bittrex and poloniex are also very good but it is too old and the new altcoin is not listed there, so the user is slowly giving up on it.

I am very upset that almost all people indicate only centralized exchanges. I agree that now decentralized exchanges now do not have large volumes and their user interface is not always clear, but understand that when your funds are on the centralized exchange, these are not your funds, the exchange can take them away or restrict access to them at any time.
I advise you to look towards decentralized exchanges.

I would trust only decentralized exchanges because they do not store your private keys, they do not own your cryptocurrencies. Your cryptocurrencies are only on your control.
Only these exchanges have the future, cryptocurrencies are decentralized, exchanges should be also decentralized.

Having a lot of options is good but when it already comes to a time where it is already saturated or its already too much then I would say it isn't really good at all but well
it doesn't matter yet those excess exchangers would slowly die on point or gradual basis yet most users or traders will definitely choose up the popular ones than on low or new exchangers exist.

So it's depend on you to choose the best one , just make sure that they are reliable and trustable !

Now many exchanges, such that will make them compete with each other so that it can reduce the transaction costs for investors, we are the intermediary will reduce the cost, as That would be better for us. I also hope to have more transactions place so.

it depends on your decision. You are right, there are too much exchanges on the moment. If you like new exchanges that are not launched yet, I would recommend to look at Nauticus, CGCX and EntryMoney. If you prefer a high trading volume, than welcome to Bitforex or Binance. If you want to stay decentralised, just trade on IDEX of Etherdelta.

It's hard to make a top 3 of exchanges. Depends on the coins you want to invest in. If you are investing in an ICO project, maybe consecrated exchanges do not have that currency. It can be a top of the exchanges, depending on their security and small commissions. The best in 2018 are the same as in 2017, HitBtc, Binance and KuCoin. All 3 have very small fees, many listed coins, are trustworthy, and are used by most of the crypto market investors. Binance has a very easy and friendly interface to help beginners as well. Besides the 3, I also recommend Bittrex, but it does not have that much. For shitcoins, I recommend the EtherDelta platform.

I lost track about exchanges, mostly I trade on decentralized exchanges because I don't want one day to come to centralized exchange to find out that they blocked my funds because I have to pass them my credentials. I used so many exchanges I don't know exact number, never had any problem on any single one of them and I have to say I was trading at one exchange where I had to wait for admin to manually withdraw my funds. Was brand new Chinese exchange.

Different exchanges serve their different functions, but in all the best exchange of any three is Binance, then thereafter, i would choose Kucoin, because it has so many features that are similar to Binance. The third one i can now go for is Indodax. Indodax is an exchange where if any coin is listed and paired with IDR, it can easily pump. It is my present favourite exchange among others.

For new exchanges in 2018 which are running the ICO and I also hope to launch
1 encrybit
2 finance
3 cryptonity

Personally I like Coinbases GDAX and use that from time to time for impromptu trades.
It really is difficult to say what the best exchange is, everyone wants something different
from an exchange and there will be lots of differing suggestions.

Something to consider is Nexybit, as per my signature!
So along with Futures and token trading Nexybit have just launched TOKEN TRADING
with incentives for the top 3 miners as follows:

I don't know which is the best three new exchanges because I don't use the new exchanges except if I see that they have a lot of coins in the site and they have a good volume in the short time. But maybe I choose for binance for the best exchanges in 2018 because I see that binance can increase their volume in the short time and now, they have a big list of coins. Besides that, we can see in binance, there is a pump that is coming, and I think we can use it to make another profit if we have the coins.

I think there are some exchanges can become the big hits this year. These are decentralized exchanges and exchanges that have innovative ways to operate the trading.

For example:

NEX: a must-watch project, the best NEO-based decentralized exchange so far

Bgogo: The trade mining program ò them has attracted lots of users to participate in

Binance for sure: The CEO of Binance is one the most influential person in Blockchain world. This exchange always know how to renew itself.

I dont like new exchanges. They are growing like a mushrooms. I like Binance and Idex.
In my opinion other exchanges need to more development about their exchanges and they need to real customers. You know in crypto space there are too many exchanges but 95 percetange of them full of fake volume.
So Binance created in 2017 i know but that is my best. I can say idex if you want from me a exchange which created in 2018

The best exchange for me is Coss. It has small fees and many many different coins. It also has a great user interface. A the second place of my list there is HitBtc. But if I want to deal with some shitcoins I always use Etherdelta.
agree with best exchange is COSS, although current COSS trading volume not too high, but development non stop and always update their platform, available different trading pairs, I believe it'll become famous exchange later, current i always use binance, kucoin and coss, I never use hitbtc because their withdrawal fees is higher than other exchange

A lot of new exchanges have popped up this year and they are trying to gain some relevance. For now, Binance still seems like the best exchange for me in terms of fees, as well as reputation. There are so many exchanges that has been on over the years though, with some pretty good reputations as well, but at the same time, we have to realize that this is something that has mostly to do with how fast the exchange is developing in a changing world, and Binance is doing that perfectly well for me than other exchanges.

Let's see what 2019 is going to end up bringing with new exchanges that will be coming up. I am so much expecting few of them to take a huge one, such as Qurrex and Capdax.

yes. i can't even check each of these exchanges anymore. i did look into EOSex.com lately its quite an interesting project which is a crosschain platform. this is perhaps the new idea now just as how Weidex are doing. weidex can list both ERC tokens and NEO base tokes. the market is not flood with exchange tokens the only problem now is the users who will use them. i think decentralize exchange will soon win. i joined volentix exchange bounty as they are also into EOS tokens its a p2p which i like more.

in my opinion,2018 has become one of the worst for the cryptocurrency, because nothing good has happened, only prices have fallen too low, it will take a long time to recover

if in my opinion the best 3 exchanges for 2018 are mercatox, Bibox and Kyber Network because in my opinion the coin that goes into the exchanges can increase in price and volume, although not as big like coinbene and binance, but I'm sure in the future it will one of the three exchanges (mercatox, Bibox and Kyber Network) can defeat coinbene and binance.

Biztranex is a good exchange. they just started and its looking so good. community also much bigger than other exchanges in the beginning. so i think its a good exchange launched in 2018 and will have better things in 2019

Exchanges are now becoming a fierce competition in the space. I remembered when bittrex and poloniex were top of the game, now its binance leading. Its a good thing for many exchanges because its increases liquidity to the market.
I would say exchanges with its native token will be the leading exchanges time to come. They give its investors privilages and also incentives using the exchange. Lets watch and see how theg will prevail

Exchanges in 2018 became much better. There are fewer bugs, more user-friendly interface, and most importantly, a lot of them.I hope the come soon will not be monopolii.ICO projects will stop paying for the listing, because there will be a lot of good exchanges

in my opinion, indodax is also pretty good, seeing some coins that have been discarded, for example SCC goes up by around 150% and is stable. maybe indodax will be a pretty calculated market.only need a lot of committees to be able to enter coins into indodax due to the vote system

You’re right. You would be amazed when you check on COINMARKETCAP. And they got a pretty good volume going for them   Most of these Exchanges are popular in some countries And they could be used to convert your crypto currencies to fiat currencies of these countries.
Btw we won’t see what happened with Exchange on last bull run.
My best three is binance , Idax , coinex.

IMO the best 3 exchanges in 2018 are still same with the old ones. I don't care if its new or not as long as it has a reputation and trustworthy I'll stay with it.

1. Binance
2. Kucoin
3. Idex
I would actually be going for binance myself. I have always been a fan of bittrex though, but binance took all the love away. Kucoin is not a bad exchange either, considering that I have used it several times, I love the easy interface, but the problem I have most of the time is fake volume as well as being a clone of binance in a way.

However, like you said, what is most important when picking an exchange is the reputation which is what matters the most actually. Idex on the other hand, for most part of it, being a decentralized exchange, I have not been able to get that feel yet when it comes to liquidity on decentralized exchanges, but not a bad idea if you do not have your ERC20 token listed on any other place.

What do you mean exactly? Exchanges appeared in 2018 or some of existing exchanges?
local coin swap appeared in 2018 and it seems to me potential, but it is not common yet. What I like about them is dividends.

They are really very much, I've seen a lot of new projects that carried ICO. Don't know what caused such popularity of new exchanges and how do they differ from the old. I always enjoy the BINANCE and not going to change the exchange.

Choose THE top volume, it will be the best solution. New, no reputation, I do not recommend to trust, you can stumble upon fraudsters

It is easy money. There are a lot of traders and they spend a lot of time trading, so exchanges is the most demanding thing right now on the market.

I think Binance, Okex, and Bittrex are easily accessible and simple. and for OKEX you don't need to complete the KYC process to withdraw your money.

HitBtc seems to be the best one for me. In addition, administration usually adds all the tokens of successfull ICOs pretty fast and it is great for me.

Any exchange which work with integrity and do have robust security systems will be successful and binance is one of the key example of it. They came very late to the party as compared to already existing from year exchanges like bittrex etc still today Binance hold a good % of trades happening around the world. If you need to be successful you need to have honesty and a good team work.

You want to choose the new exchange than choosing the old exchange and trusted one to sell  and buy altcoins? for me its better to choose which exchange are popular to many people because its can bring good volume to any coins listed in that exchange to, the price of all coins there are possible have a good value.

Most of exchages are trash, just like the most of tokes. In terms of trust, we all need to remember about Etherdelta and their fake ICO, which made me mad.

Every exchange has its own personal top pair, so you need to pick the best exchanges according to the pairs that you are going to trade pretty often.

I want to say my 3 best suggestions are :

Binance _ Dex : a decentralized exchange where you could have the private key of your wallet .
Abss exchange : an exchange based on trade to mine
Bgogo exchange : an exchange that almost hit its hardcap in this bearish market .

if you only ask for three exchanges, I suggest a decentralized exchange is BINANCE, KUCOIN, and BITTREX
can even compete top in the coming year

Hitbtc seems great and now many users have started to spending their most of the time on it. But BINANCE always remains the best exchange platform.
