I'm sure a marketing staff can workout to market a project but if the project isn't really that good, the cponcept isn't marketable, I think even the best marketing and SEO guys on the internet may not succeed to get 50% fee. You will be able to see how much marketing people will try to come up with their marketing strategy jsut by learning what kind of project there is. If its not marketable for them, they'd know they won't achieve even the 50%.
