I do keep the positive look at ETH, it could increase above $1k again.
your thoughts?

The decision is good enough, I support you because I believe ETH is a big coin, it has the power to return to the initial price, but not for the end of this year, maybe the next year

ethereum's fall will not have an impact on the bull run that will happen later and ethereum will continue to increase which will make the holders happy. a value of $1k is not difficult to achieve, if the market wants it later.

If bull run occurs at the end of 2018, my forecast for ETH rates will be different from everyone. I see with the momentum of the market, if the bull run, the ETH rate can be up to more than $ 2,000, despite all the negative news to the market. And 2019 will be a successful year for ICO projects to push the ETH to a new era.

$1.000 - $1200 is good price and the most reasonable price for eth if the bull run coming in this year
because depends on eth price at this moment 1K is about 5x

Yes that's possible but we can't tell on when it will be reaching above $1,000 again.

Right now, its hard to say when this is going to happen. If the bull starts at the very end of the year, I'm only thinking that its around $500. That's the safe price that I can't think of right now and I wouldn't go that far until the possibility that we've been thinking will be reached.

I think if there is a bull run this year the ETH value will not be more than 1K either,I think there are too many who want to make a profit if the ETH value up to 500$.1K is too high in a short time this year but it could happen cause crypto has rich investors.

Not a chance, even if the bull run started tomorrow ETH price wouldn't increase 10x in less than 2 months. A major bull run is not coming in 2018, at best the market might recover slightly and it might signal the beginning of a better year to come in 2019. Most likely there won't be any bullish movements until a good few months in to 2019 and even then it won't be anything like what people are expecting/hoping for, it will be just a small steady increase for a while, parabolic movements take time to develop as hype and hysteria need to develop.

If the bull run comes this year Ethereum's price will hit the about 800 dollar but in my opinion, Bull run will not come this year and ethereum's price will not hit the 800 dollar or 1k dollar. After this year, I think bull run will come.

If we are talking about the possibility for ETH to reach that price again, i believe it has a possibility.
but before that we need to make it clear first, back then ETH was pumped due to euphoria that was caused by CME listing and many shills that came from institutional investor. and caused a long bull run, but it was categorized as a 'bad bull' because it was caused by euphoria instead of an organic growth such as regulation,adoption or others.
even if the trend changes in a couple months later, the price will not go higher or surpass that level because the only thing that we are facing right now will be a 'good bull'. this thing comes because of an organic growth from the community instead of euphoria.

Honestly, the market is unlikely to show signs of improvement until the end of 2018. But if it does, I expect the ETH will reach 400-500 $ by end 2018. There will not be a huge surge of growth in this year, The market needs a longer time to accumulate

Well, if bull run comes, I really do not want to care how high Ethereum eventually goes, I just want to watch the trend and then deal with the market as it comes. It is possible that at some point we might get to see Ethereum hitting its previous ATH, but that is something that only time can actually give us.

For now, what I am more particular about is buying the dips and then waiting for the long term to be able to get the best from the market eventually, which in this case, that is the patience to wait for the bull run. It is a bull run and what makes it a bull run is that most market will hit the moon which includes ETH but how far it goes, we will leave for time to decide.

It's possible to increase even more.The sky is a limit to the crypto. Just waiting for the next big bubble to come in the future. I do a lot of research about that and based on the history of crypto and the big bubble will come in a few years later. Remember it has happened so many times started from 2010 and then 2013, 2017.

I also kept positive thoughts on ETH. And I still hope it can recover this year I had a bad time with continuous losses and i can not wait any longer. If the bull market started at the end of 2018, eth could be back to 700$ like the end of 2017

Optimistic is fine nothing wrong with that, but we need to be realistic. right now a lot of peoples are waiting for 'the time' to get it in and we are in october right now.
do you think it is possible for us to see an increase for more than 300% in a 2 months ? of course not.
last time we got it because of CME listing , a lot of peoples were hyping it and in return we were making that crazy move. but this year we do not have those.
a lot of bad and positive news came out from peoples, it is more balance compared to where it was in 2017. so at most we will see it around $400 or around that if we are seeing it from our current movement and sentiment.

I assume it might reach almost $1000 if there is a bull run this year if not we might see some sinking of the price again this year. So, for mean time it is better if we invest to ETH for a long term investment in the future, you will never know when it will gonna hit $1000 this year or even more.

It's two months left before the end of this year, it's impossible for Eth to increase 1k. The most important upgrade of eth Constantinople was postponed until early 2019, tps is still catastrophically small, without successfully conducted hardfork there is no reason for the price growth.

All what i'm doing according ETH - Buying it everytime i could. I'm sure ETH will reach its ATH in next 6 month, mark my words.

I guess that the current affected scenario of ethereum brought other altcoins to be at downtrend of price to fall also. Currently I had observed it pulled down the price also while bitcoin had volatile at present. But if ever there's a great and surprising movements that will trigger bulls to come, I think that will also bring good signs to eth to achieve a huge price increase.

Ethereum is the revolutionary & one of most adopted blockchain platform in the cryptoword, Their development is slower but the solution which their are coming up with are best & looks realistic. Scalability is the biggest problem of the ethereum blockchain & Once they solve the scalability issues not a single competitors will be able to challenge ethereum. If the bull run come the price of ethereum will rise easily between 475$ to 600$, Which is around 2X to 3X rise in the price as compare to current price.

Even though Ethereum experience now price crisis but it still maintain its standing in CMC because of many users are believing into it,and also its hard to say if ETH will reach its price same last year but Many of us who hold ETH are hoping that it will reach to $1k again.

It is a normal thing for us to practically see an improvement in most markets as long as we start seeing the market cut across generally. For now, what we can see is that the whole market has been down, it is a good time to be stashing up for the long term, and the chances of a good growth in the long run is most definitely going to be there.

I have seen so many times in the past in which bitcoin even had a huge hit downward and then we saw a huge recovery eventually. Ethereum is a good project, and I believe we should see some pretty good move in the long run for this market.

Right now ETH supply is really abundant due to the massive dump of the holders including the developers of ICO's, so if the bull comes this year I think I will nail it to 600$ the best shot for ETH for me, hope users will coming in to buy ETH again.

IMO it's difficult to see ETH value increase as high as before but I still believe that it will increase in the future not now.
Personally I keep hold it because ETH is the promosing project that people need in this digital era.

We need cryptocurrency prices recover, the bear market has happened too long and is not good for the cryptocurrency industry. Many experts who predict the price of cryptocurrency at the end of this year who will have high prices so as many newcomers sacrifice to invest but they are trapped when the market continues to decline so that they experience high losses. In fact, it's wrong they made cause rely on FOMO to start investing, but on the other hand, every newcomers out there who want to have a cryptocurrency will think harder to decide to invest. Cryptocurrency must prove to new people that this place deserves to be chosen for profit.

It largely depends upon the time period of the bull run. If it gets extended to a month or two, ETH can successfully break its last time ATH. But i it short lived or gets resistance in terms of people selling their bags in initial phase of the bull run, ETH might just go 2x-3x that is $400-$600 at max.

If the team does some developments in scalability and starts connecting with their community then it may reach back to its previous top but to beyond that ETH needs more trust and usability.

I doubt ethereum will hit $1000 any time soon. There are too many ICOs cashing out which is putting a lot of sell pressure on ethereum. I would go for alternatives like NEO which has more potential in terms of growth

And that's the reason why ETH plummet that much.

$1000 is of probability but there's no assurance on when it will. We do believe that once the bull starts it will be reached but we can't be sure the growth would come at the end of this year. Too much excitement we're getting for this year, full of frustrations and failures and yet we're still here hoping that rise will come.

As I always say, the right thing to do now is to wait. I think we'll see a lot of interesting things if we just wait a few months. The price stopped at the same level for a reason!

Anything will happen in Crypto, it's unpredictable but if the market is very optimistic like December 2017 then earning $ 1k is very easy.
But to reach $ 2k the market must be optimistic for the long term

I do believe that it can go and reach $1k if ever a bull run ensures. It will also means that ICO will flourish again and there will be more projects popping in that means more money flowing in the ecosystem. Although there's competition right now with the EOS platform, Ethereum still enjoys the support of investors and most ICO's still prefer their smart contacts and ERC-20, so the future still looks good in my opinion.

It seems to me that we should also take care of security on the company's ico market, because investors do not come into this field of activity due to the large number of scammers.
