What real world problem is bitcoin solving rn?

Trustless, world-wide and cheap money-transfers without any middlemen. Just a transaction between you and the recipient.
Also, you are the only one with access to your money. No entity which can freeze your money/transactions or revert anything.

and to what extent?

Completely.

In my opinion, real problems are many in the crypto world. One of those are the people itself scamming people like those scam ICO's that are in the market promising the people with good return of investment but in reality, it's undervalued and most of the thing happened is that such ICO has never been successful leaving the investors out of thin air. Another real problem I see is that people who had invested in btc has this reaction to get panic and the fear of losing their investment could result them to do panic selling. These people are only after for the quick money and do not have the patience like most of the old timers and successful investors.

Blockchain technology also has great impact on our society. The flow of products, information, currency, and people will run faster and faster, and all the obstacles, that is the traditional nodes that do not generate value will be impacted, such as the agents and distributor who increased their prices, businessmen that take advantage of information asymmetry, speculators obsessed with hoarding.the society will be fairer and more highly efficient and effective and the value more equivalent.

Bitcoin isn't solving any problem, it's just making the exchange easier and it's keeping the identity hidden and no additional money is needed to transact our exchange. Just a normal give and take, but if it goes global and approved, then it might be good for the world economy.

- No need for a bank account just to have a place to keep your funds.
- Cheaper fees and faster than usual sending transactions.
- Privacy.

According to me, two problems are mainly targeted by Bitcoin or decentralization process that they want to sole. Firstly, the eradication of middleman service and make transaction direct for the wallet users thus create reliance among the users. Secondly, lessen the fees of transaction and conversion rate from crpto to fiat or crypto to crypto.

The problem with bitcoin in this real world is its acceptance world wide as bitcoin is a decentralised crypto currency and thus there is no proper authentic regulating body over bitcoin and this thing is use by many social defaulters as since bitcoin transaction does not involve any third party seizure even so many people use it in selling drugs, explosives, money laundering and many more and this is the reason why most of people and countries are in against of bitcoin and the probable solution to the problem is the legalisation of bitcoin world wide.

I don't see any problem for btc right now as there are more advantages btc can offer to the investors. Payment transactions are more convenient and faster with lesser fees. Security of your investment is more secured where you could also transact peer to peer transactions. It can make a good return of investment if invested in long term.

Bitcoin solves the most important and major problem - the government's intervention in the financial system and its manipulation. It's really very annoying when a third party is watching all your movements and actions. Bitcoin is completely anonymous. This is its main charm as a tool of use. It also solves the problem of taxation, since the person of the state is absent in the regulation of financial transactions.

I think the main thing it is solving is the fact that there is a limit to how many Bitcoins there are or will be in the world. FIAT money is based on Government debt and keeps losing its value yea rin and year out. 100 Years ago with 100 dollars you could purchase a home. Now 100 dollars you can buy a week's groceries for two in Europe or Western countries. The purchasing power of FIAT keeps going down but for Bitcoin the road can only be brighter ahead as more and more people adopt Bitcoin and lose interest holding or saving too much FIAT which depreciates so much in value over time.

For example, when we make a transaction with paypal, we have to verify it and that is quite difficult for most people. But with the existence of Bitcoin, now we can do financial transactions much easier. We only need an e-mail address and we can do financial transactions whenever and wherever we are. This is an extraordinary progress and the fact that technology will make life in the world more simple.

Technically not to solve worlds problem but yeah its more on providing a transparent service, a way faster to transact globally and to give us a chance to generate profit. This technology can really help one’s economy so hopefully more countries will see this kind of opportunity, and accept cryptocurrency.

This is very specific, and I think many businesses are already feeling the threat and this is why they are helping the government to critizised this market, well they will not succeed for sure. :)

Bitcoin is giving you scope to transfer money directly without depending on any 3rd or 4th parties, the transactions are fast, and very cheap. Also, you don't need to fill a bunch of bullshit forms and waste your valuable time on those.
the reality that happens in countries that are not yet modern or not yet developed, how to buy and sell they are still manual, cannot use banking services, so in every country the bitcoin problem is always different, so bitcoin in the real world still cannot meet the business needs of buying and selling throughout the world. but if in developed countries, bitcoin is very petrifying in the business of buying and selling, especially in terms of payment.

What real world problem is bitcoin solving rn? and to what extent?

Initially, bitcoin was born to be a digital currency. However, I think now it is most likely an asset, a store of value like gold. Thus, bitcoin can solve the problem of value transfer on the internet with no middleman, no border, small fee and fast transaction in compared to money bank-wire. In the case of payment, bitcoin can server as a very cheap solution regarding big amount, for instance, car, house, etc.

The biggest thing for me with the bitcon is international money transfers and i believe that it did solve the very big problems. You can avoid the banks or middleman in your transactions and you save your money. Also you can stay anonymous when you send bitcoin, this is very important too.

bitcoin is not trusted in many countries in the world, and maybe if bitcoin can be trusted in all country in the world, bitcoin can be the international currency. this is the biggest problem in bitcoin for right now
You're right some countries in the world did not trust and believed in bitcoin this is one problem in the world of cryptocurrency. If all countries around the world believe and trust in bitcoin I think the all investor's become more successful and bitcoin become international currency.

Elimination of any intermediaries for making transactions. You don’t need a bank account accompanied by a bunch of papers to store coins. Bitcoin allows transferring money to anywhere in the world faster and almost for free. You are the only one who has an access to your money and nobody can tell you how to manage them. It gives financial freedom by reducing the barriers to entry and increasing the amount of potential users.

The problem that solve by Bitcoin is the intermediary of the government and the banks. More efficient and cheap cost of transaction and transparency of the transaction where everybody can check the transaction in the Blockchain.

I don't think every transaction of Bitcoin is cheaper then we use Western Union my friend, it's just because every Bitcoin transaction is totally untrackable so no one will tax you those moneys and ask you where is it from.

One of the most interesting problem I believed bitcoin has solved in the world is that you can transfer money to anybody round the globe without presence of third party and the transaction are not traceable since it operates in a decentralized platform. Also there's no tax involved all like banks transactions with lots of tax and only operate on weekly bases why bitcoin transactions can be carried out any time of you choice.

Bitcoin has little activity and is not used too much in life. This negatively affects Bitcoin's growth rate. In life, there should be a solution for using Bitcoin because it changes too much Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency. But this also needs government approval of their legitimacy.

Bitcoin as a digital currency is very easy to use, just sending it from his wallet to the recipient's wallet. The process is very fast, easy and inexpensive. The problem is why many are rejecting bitcoin, because of anonymous factors and very fast price fluctuations, so many countries reject bitcoin by reason of protecting their citizens.
