Be transparent about what project you are going to be promoting,if it is against the forum rules the people who is doing that also may get banned or negged.So people who want to join analyse and the start creating videos about it.

I agree that put the details of what is that ICO you are promoting. If ever a video editor/content creator will try it out, he's aware of what company/project he's going to work on. There are some restrictions on PM's with a newbie so don't waste your time by PMing them in telegram. Just put all necessary details on your first post so if someone reads all the details you both are going to save time.
