Title: What is Capital management?
Post by: DR_Vladislav on October 27, 2018, 08:51:33 PM

What is Capital management?

Capital management is an accounting strategy that strives to maintain sufficient and equal levels of working capital, current assets, and current liabilities.

How can you use Capital management? and join so many signals?

IF you have $5000. For trading at a time we can use 50% only, mean $2500 and keep $2500 reservation for using when market down example for using it in buy and sell BTC or dump alts.

By the $2500 we can join all signal:
For example, we set 5 % for each signal that mean $125.
And, for joining another signal; this time you have $2375 available capital.  at your wallet so this time counts it from the $2375.
If you set 10% for the second signal that mean $237.5

You will do the same thing every time, counting this 5-10 % from the free capital.
This means you have an unlimited capital for many signals.

Not a bad way to look at capital management, but following signals itīs not what there is, but if the source of those signals is well founded itīs worthed to diversify your portfolio so you can get multiples streams of investments

you are looking for disaster yourself when seeking "signals"!
the fact is all those who are giving you "signal" are the same pump group scams that have always existed. but now they are operating under a pretty name to hide the fact that they are scams.

if these signal experts were so expert, they would be buying coins, not waste their time selling advice to others.

What about situation where the signal is failed and your investment keeps reducing, what do you do. I've bought a signal where instead the rising, the market dump of me making me lose a significant portion of my initial capital.

It does not require experts to predict the market because no one can give you accurate forecasts, so you do not need to pay for those signals.
You can learn some free courses "Capital division" and do not risk substantial capital.
It does not require much experience, just luck, and the right information.

Do not let profit be limited to speculation. You can take advantage of cryptocurrency in trade, access to new markets and then gain higher.

That is why you need to use capital managment and a stop lose. When you have 5% of you capital in wrong signal beter than have all.

I want to believe this is the best trading management on a less greedy manner
But I also believe 5-10% is too ambitious, you would rarely escape loss daily

But if you can focus duly on 1-2% with such huge capital, you have no problem making a lot of money monthly if you do not spend your profit until after 30 days

Trading is for perseverance to hodl profit and patience to find the right trade
