We are starting to see Securitised Token Offering's replace Initial Coin Offering's as a method of funding business startups. maybe but it will take years before the market is mature enough so that we can actually see crowdfunding instead of people throwing money away at ICOs. and in my view these two are different. throwing away money is when some people create a useless token and get paid for it, crowdfudning is when a real company is raising funds to do something real and then give actual results.

and most importantly people have to learn to demand results from these companies who raised funds not to forget about them as soon as the ICO was over and they dumped their tokens for profit.

Crowdfunding is pretty popular in this part of the world. So far haven't seen any proper blockchain solutions to it yet though..

it's hard to say in my opinion. because using blockchain and a token for crowdfunding is not the easiest method and it definitely is not the most efficient way of doing it.

i have seen many news articles talking about how this is the way to go in the future, some people even hype it up a lot but in the end i think the popularity of it will only last a short time.

I think they have already become the easiest and most innovative method to raise funds and most probably soon new businesses will also take a turn towards blockchain and cryptocurrencies, the most important thing is that older shares, stocks and equities can also tokenize themselve now and i think we will see this trend in coming years.

all of that is not as easy as we imagined, besides the most important knowledge about blockchain is the concept of their real business, because without it I am sure the project will fail. We have already encountered many companies that make ico with business concepts that are unclear and in fact they are less interested for investors

Well, we have seen the way technology has increased over the years in development and how the blockchain technology has also penetrated the space of crowd funding which for a while now; we have seen a lot of improvement as well as huge level of participation.

I will say if things are eventually done right, we get to see some pretty good regulation, and we are able to see some level of maturity with investors as well as investing in this space, I would not be surprised that we may probably end up seeing some future of investing in crowd funding with blockchain technology as well as blockchain and crowd funding bringing about investment possibilities themselves.

Yes, crowdfunding is the future of investing. It has become pretty simple and available for everyone. If you want to participate in an ICO, you just buy Ethereum and can participate in every project and this is awesome and opens the doors to the investors that do not have a huge capital.

Crowdfunding is not really a new concept of raising capital for business, it has been in existence even before Cryptocurrency. Blockchain technology will only fine tune and innovate this capital raising model.

I don't think (nor hope) that blockchain and tokens are the future of all crowdfunding. Creating tokens with no utility "just because" is bad practice, and we most likely won't see them much in the future, as buyers get more educated on the topic of blockchain and tokens.

However, I definitely see crowdfunding through selling a meaningful token as the future of some crowdfunding projects. Especially within the entertainment space where a token could replace a premium currency, or represent a piece of art (non-fungible tokens). As a supporter of these types of crowdfunding campaigns, it makes sense to receive a Token instead of a normal digital item or non-crypto currency.

The current ICO has declined, and the next model of ICO may be STO in the context of government regulation, which may be the basis of the next bull market, but this concept is currently under discussion and is uncertain whether it will be approved.

We are already seeing the integration gradually, but at the same time, it is still a very new space, so nothing is basically guaranteed for now, unless we get to eventually see some level of regulation with that, which would help reduce scams.
