All terms of transactions (information on renters and owners, ratings, history, and timelines) are reflected in smart- contracts in decentralized blockchain. All parties of the agreement are protected from fraud. As a consequence of owing to the integration of smart contracts in decentralized blockchain, transactions are secure and independent.
