Miners will be divided into 200 shares, each one costing .00745.  Setup fee is included in the share cost.  Hosting will cost $0.20 per kwh, no other fees besides that.  100% uptime is guarenteed, downtime is paid out of pocket.  At any time the device may be sold, if the majority of the shareholders for it vote to.  Mining will be done at Bitparking, all altcoins mined will go to me to keep hosting costs low.

This will be ordered directly from Bitmain as soon as all slots are filled, the amount of BTC the price goes down between now and when it's ordered will be refunded to customers.  Shares may be transferred at any time by sending me a message with the new owner's username, signed by the current payout wallet or your PGP key.

Cex is trading at .02 each, down .004 in the past week.  Assuming that's how long it takes it to get here and set it up, this is a good bit cheaper ;)

Shares may be purchased by sending BTC to 1GoSU2EJhyCLFuNoUmvGSZrdU158f3XdWF.  Offering hosting of 2 devices to start with, will go from there if it works out good :)

This device will never pay off.

It costs 1.11 atm, and it will mine 0.98 in three months (estimated). Then it is obsolete (power costs higher than revenue).

I never said it would, but people are paying 3.6 BTC for the same amount of hashpower today over at Cex.  I'm trying to provide a cheaper cloudhashing alternative for people.  It's up to you to decide if you want to buy in.  I'm working on getting my prices a little bit lower, though.

So mine for a month or 2 and sell the ants on ebay in 2 months you will prob get close to 75% roi and whatever you sell them for with be the rest plus probably a decent profit .  

Why do people assume miners are 100% worthless when they are no longer profitable?  Keep in mind that CUBES are selling on ebay for almost $300 right now and in most areas those things start loosing money the second you plug them in.

The point of mining on Bitparking is to give me the merged mining coins, which are sold and used to keep hosting costs down.  You'll get the same amount, just in more random increments.

After this round I think I will switch to BTCguild, not getting anything substantial from alts except NMC, which they mine too.

Ghash.io gives payouts for the merged mining too at their 0% pool fee aswell. And in terms of blocks found they find anywhere from 10-30% of a days blocks. Longest block I've seen there was about 4 hours.

Since I missed out on this GB could you please message me in the future if you have another, I will be interested. :)

I agree, for a group buy a pool with more steady payouts would be better. These are the big ones, ghash.io, BTCguild, Eligius (at least NMC)...

That Bitparking round fucked us over in both payouts before difficulty goes up and hosting costs :(

My power supply cable is getting too hot.  In the sake of safety, reverting back to stock clock until I can get a better one (will overnight from Amazon).  Difference will be paid out of hosting fees.
