I usually don’t comment on bitcointalk, I’m just a lurker. But considering how young the community for this project still is, I feel like I should respond.
If it’s a scam, it’d be a really dumb one considering the regulatory environment in which they decided to get into.
The seed round was pegged to the Eth price for both 1st and 2nd round at the time of TGE, so there may have been some discrepancies with the amount of token received, but this does happen sometimes during early stage funding.
Regarding the public sale, it’s simply false; main sale investors have the same peg in fiat without any further bonus.

This is a terrible ICO, the admins are manipulating and shilling posts with accounts of the same name as their telegram. They also lured investors in with a "seed round" which was a 20% bonus with a 2 times worse $ lock than public sale.

Mt Pelerin's MPS tokens are real tokenized shares, i.e. one token simply equals on share in the holding company that will own the bank we are creating, its core banking, tokenization and compliance technologies.

Mt Pelerin is a Swiss project to create the first bank to be fully built on blockchain in total compliance with regulations. More than a crypto bank, Mt Pelerin will bring the legacy world of finance on the blockchain, and not the other way around.

It aims to obtain relevant Swiss banking licenses in late 2019, a preliminary process started in early 2018 with the help of two of the Big Four firms and some of Switzerland's best banking lawyers.

Mt Pelerin is defining a protocol to use blockchains for banking services, and building a core banking system that tokenizes the entire bank's balance sheet.

Its ambition is to shape the future of the way we bank, by democratizing complex financial products and services in a simple, transparent and cost-efficient way.

At the same time, it aims to seamlessly bridge the crypto economy with traditional finance.

Very interesting concept and product (multi-currency IBAN) + financial services marketplace. The team seems to be experienced in the banking domain.

Jürg is an independent financial consultant since 1990. Previously, he worked as a financial analyst at Citibank and as a member of the executive board of the Dow Banking Corporation in Zurich then at the Bank Cantrade. Jürg founded the MoneyMuseum in 1998 as an expression of his desire to make the broader public aware of the history of money and founded the Sunflower Foundation in 1999 as the supporting trust of the MoneyMuseum. At present, the Sunflower Foundation funds the first research grant for Monetary Theory.

The application for a banking license takes anywhere between 4 to 9 months to be reviewed. Our objective is to submit the application by the end of the year or very early next year.

Good development, every activity always brings positive results, this gives increased trust and will become a large bank and able to handle consumers around the world.

you said your token sale was over and successful, but how far did you get from your CHF 28M target?

The purpose of the token sale was to fund Mt Pelerin's development until the minimum capital of CHF 28m is secured, so they are two different things.

Any ETA on when MPS will be tradeable? Some of us are just stumbling onto the project now and sorely regret not having come across it earlier. Unfortunately, there's just too much going on in the ICO space to stay on top of it all

The difference is that we will not be a crypto bank. Although dealing with cryptocurrencies is something that we plan to do at a later stage, what we are building is a bank entirely built on the blockchain to create the first comprehensive ecosystem for issuing, managing and trading any kind of tokenized financial instruments. By also opening this ecosystem to all, we will create a unique place with unique tools for both individuals and businesses to find financing and investment products.

From the little information that is available from them, Seba wants to make a crypto bank, i.e. offering banking services dealing with cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin Suisse is not a bank, it's a cryptocurrency trading company.

I'd trust it if real Swiss bank decided to create crypto bank and started ICO. The other thing is that banks are full of money and liquidity, they even do not need ICO to add Blockchain to their banking services.

But the situation looks like a typical fairy tail:
Once somebody wanted to get rich or die trying.
- How to gain money easy and fast in 2019?
- ICO (said voice in the mind)
- What ICO ?
- Finance, investing, banking
- Well, Swiss banks look trustful, we'll implement this idea...

So the founder wrote whitepaper, roadmap, launched site and started involving investors...
