I often wonder about why we really need a cryptocurrency and how can we use it in the future? Why, in fact, we need a blockchain ... After all, Bitcoin was not originally created for quick enrichment and speculation on price.

Here are my conclusions for today, which I did:
1. We need cryptocurrency to become free, to have absolute control over our own funds. Do not be afraid that the bank may at any time without explaining the reason to close your account, block the card if it considers something "suspicious." It is necessary in order to be able to transfer money anywhere in the world quickly and with minimal commissions. That is, the cryptocurrency will unite the whole world.

2. Regarding future use, I see it this way: something like a payment aggregator (CryptoCash) will be created, where we will deposit our bitcoins (if it is attached to it, although a coin with unlimited emission of an ether type is more suitable). Further from this service we pay for various services and goods. Cryptocurrency accumulates in the system and upon reaching a certain amount on the balance, paid to the company. That is, the cryptocurrency will become a universal means of payment. I'm not saying that the aggregator will have to conclude contracts with companies, offer them attractive terms of cooperation, and so on ...

It's my opinion. What do you think about this? Why do we need cryptocurrency?

From now on, the situation does not look good. It's not right to talk about the future unless there's any progress for the Crypto.

I see a new age of cryptocurrencies, all of governments would accept cryptocurrencies and use them as a method payment in trade. Let image we don't need to carry anything when we go shopping, all of big deals with be payed by a mouse click, we do not afraid ot carry big money to travel.

This is one of the convenient ways to transfer money without interest and with minimal delays, it also removes intermediaries between transfers. Many use cryptocurrency as speculation

As time passes by we need cryptocurrency for the new trend and innovation of technology. We need this so we can have transactions that no need to be verified by the government or any third party.

The future of crypto still depends on how the demand could arise and that could make the price even more profitable. Development of the technology is very important so that popularity will become rampant and will help the entire community became more efficient with respect to crypto's economic growth. I am looking to the visionary that crypto will have a definite price which will benefit a lot of holder in the future.

I agree with you and also believe that cryptocurrency could in the future free us from intermediaries and become a universal means of payment.

With crypto currencies everything will be clear as possible. We can track everypayment and every tx. Surely it is available at least for neo btc eth. I am not talking about priv tokens :D .
We dont need to bank credit cards etc anymore. We will have our own money and we will manage that.

I think that the future of crypto is predictable but you need to avoid stress and panic even if something goes wrong as nobody can predict for 100% what is going to happen next

From my point of view the future of Crypto is bright and solid. For me it is just like the beginning of Internet era. Definitely BTC will grow, just need time for it. It won't be fast but will be. It is the first cruptocurrency and the most recognizable.

I see future of cryptocurrency in which many human business interaction is conducted in cryptocurrency. I see cryptocurrency becoming part if our lives making life easy and providing services beyond ordinary!

In my humble opinion, the cryptocurrency will enter the global payment system as an additional one. It is like an electronic payment system. At first, no one wanted to use it, but over time everyone switched to exactly this option, leaving cash payments in the past.

Of course, we need the  blockchain to keep the cryptocurrency technology running and within a decade or two, there will be a blockchain that can process every single thing in the world including cryptocurrencies. We need cryptocurrencies because that brings us the democracy, freedom and control over the actions of banks and governments.

While the cryptocurrency is so volatile, it will be difficult to introduce it as a means of payment, while it's more suitable as a risky investment? If prices stabilize, then for digital money we will able to pay in a cafe, buy an apartment, pay for utilities. A year ago I bought VPN for bitcoin.  I think in the future Amazon and other major trading platforms will accept cryptocurrency as payment, and the price tags for goods will be fixed in cryptocurrency as well.

I also see more and more industries that are starting to integrate with blockchain technology. not just multiplying and gambling, now health and gaming also have entered a lot and made their cryptocurrency. I think it will be good for future developments. I believe the future of crypto will be better and wider.

I think that in the future cryptocurrencies can be a great tool for secure transactions. Use is likely to be very few coins and therefore a lot of altcoins and tokens will simply be forgotten and die.

Of course, I would like to see cryptocurrency as the main payment instrument in the future, but for this it is necessary to make a lot of effort!
As for a coin with unlimited emission, I agree - most likely Ethereum will be more suitable for this role. Or maybe NEM...

I can see a future that's full of freedom, a future free from oppression from the elite, a future were my grandson will learn more about financial freedom through games, Apps and Dapps, a future were riches will be distributed and transactions be at ease. A future were cryptocurrency be a global currency accepted and adopted by all, were it usability be fully integrated.

The future of whole crypto looks bright, whether the crypto market are in bear market I still believe they will help the community to grow more. Despite of some country are hunger for greatness, we will have a great boom on each citizen worldwide.

There are different projects that experiment with blockchain in different spaces and they are looking to find a way to solve existing problems with blockchain or improve the product/service they provide. I think there will be some success stories there.

But the problem is only about the scalability of the blockchain itself which can be solved anytime through the fork. It puts the network in the situation which is less restriction by regulators.

I believe bank might passively get involved in bitcoin as fiat exchange. I believe the coin is made for the internet and most trade will get cryptocurrency. More uses of blockchian also will be seen in the future

Smile, the future of cryptocurrency is going to be coo enough. The cryptocurrency and blockchain Technology seems to be very new and few people had already adopted it and making us of it in different way. Till date , 5 percent of the whole WORLD haven't yet understand the blockchain and cryptoCURRENCY but the good news keeps moving, no one can stop the cryptocurrency.

It is becoming hard to picture out what would be the outcome for cryptos due to the negative market behavior this year. Last year, people have assumed that this would be a bigger year for cryptos but it appears to be not. This only proves that precdicting what would happen with regards to the market, is a really hard thing to do because volatilitt is in nature of cryptos.

Well, people have always been afraid of new technologies in the first place. Imagine that they were even against bicycles at the end of the 19th century- funny today, but they were dead serious. Efficiency and safety is everything. Everyone can transfer tokens worth millions to anyone and pay a transaction fee below a single dollar while the whole process will not last even for a half an hour. Is there a bank which would provide such a transaction? I doubt that. Banks will have to adapt to new conditions that were brought by the existence of cryptocurrencies. Who will win? Only time will tell  ;).

The prospect of the cryptocurrency market is something very vague and ambiguous to predict accurately. Only based on market situation in previous years and signs at present time to conjecture only. So if you have trust in the market then hold and wait until the bull run happens.

Actually, I cannot predict in the future of cryptocurrency world because I'm not advance in this. But, I think that the future of cryptocurrency will depend on each coin. Some coins may be able to survive in the future. But some coins may be not. It depends on how interesting the projects. Then, I think that the market will be bull run, but we need about a year later. Just be patient for this.

I totally agree with #1. In reality it happened to me, they asked me for a proof of deposit so how can I give that? Screenshots of trades? It is not enough. Well I know in my end it is not something illegal and I understand that they are only required because AML but see having crypto is more secured while it is being in public. We can also use this in the near future for our daily lives and I hope I am still alive when it happens.

I can imagine the future of cryptocurrency, it not only grows beyond surpassing aspects of the web, it covers all from paid, paid, bla bla ... Not just stop there , cryptocurrency as the only surviving money, overcame the current currency. But this just is my imagine  ;D.

Regarding to the future of the cryptocurrency, I have some belief on this. Crypoto is based on the technology. Each crypto always presents the different technology with its uniqueness. You're right. Blockchain is a modern technology, and crypto is using this technology. Crypto is useful for the payment, we know that there are some countries that have used it as a legal payment. the technology on its own is very good and if you look past the thousands of shitcoins you can see that it is being improved constantly moving forwards. but unfortunately the market is filled with shitcoins that have also taken the place of good coins that belong to the top of the list.

what i see in the future is the same trend but i also speculate that it won't last for long. eventually we will see good coins be created which will then push the current shitcoins down in the list and we can finally see good coins be in places of #2, #3 and so on.

my opinion about cryptocurrency is, all will be bound by cryptocurrency because by using digital currencies there is no limit in terms of transactions and security so strong that if something happens that is not desired, we can still control our money

Every country will have their own national crypto currency.
USD will not be the major currency of the world.

I see the future of cryptocurrency less volatile than it was a year ago, because peak popularity has passed and now it costs as much as it should, therefore gradually cryptocurrency will be cheaper  ;)

I am hoping cryptocurrency will make this world more digital as well it will make the payment system more fastest and secure too. In the near future, people will start accepting cryptocurrency all over. So might be cryptocurrency has the brightest future ahead.

I think if you can see your profit in the short-term, it is better to take your profit while you can because we don't know what will happen in the future. But it is okay if you want to use the long-term because, in the future, the cryptocurrency price will increase especially bitcoin. So I think we have two option to make a profit which we can do with the short-term and the long-term in the same time but of course, we need always to take any profit in both short-term and long-term.

It is not possible to see the future of cryptocurrency but through many big institutions showing their interest in Bitcoin and this makes us think positive about the cryptocurrency. I believe, it's only a matter of time that other countries will accept cryptocurrencies circulating within their economy. In the next 1-2 years, the cryptocurrency market will continue to decline. The price in 2017 is too high. It will pay for it in the next two years, but I believe the cryptocurrency market will get better in five years and Bitcoin will be more expensive.

Well with all the various potentials and prospect of cryptocurrency, i believe we are still in it's infancy stage even after it's 10 years of it's existence.

When talking about the future of Bitcoin, I agree if have a very good future. And now if we see the price of Bitcoin is very low. And if you want to buy this coin, you still have to wait.
