Tomorrow is the 10th anniversary anniversary of the birth of BTC. What special events have you experienced in the past ten years? The 10 year is the beginning of a cycle. What do you think the future of BTC will be?

The most amazing thing I've witnessed is an early adopter creating a faucet of bitcoin, which gave if i remember well 10 btc to anyone who entered, not even had captcha so there were people who entered several times taking advantage to grab a few btc, of course at the time I think bitcoin was not even worth 0.005 cents, so it was practically worthless to do that, leaves me astonished to see that at that time, look how far we have come.

We expect to a big pump in Bitcoin birthday then a new bull market is started. This is as a gift and completing the wish of all crypto lovers. Hail Bitcoin!!!  ;D

Its really good to witness the 10th year of bitcoin. Having been around for good 10 years shows that cryptocurrency has come to stay and its indeed a technology that will transform the whole payment system in the future.

As in almost anything in life, the start can really be amazing much more with the original idea like Bitcoin. I could only wish that I was one of the many who years ago was able to catch some Bitcoin from faucets which existed then to promote its circulation and even hodling. However, I am sure that I could have been then tempted to sell it when the value can be around $5 or $10 and it can be resulted in me being dismayed heavily...to those that just have forgotten their Bitcoin and only realized they are holding much when the value is already at $5000 then it could have a very nice surprise. As we are "celebrating" the 10th anniversary of Bitcoin, maybe let's paused for some second and give some love and gratitude to the man (many might dispute if he is a person actually) named Satoshi Nakamoto and those people who supported him at that early stage.

It's amazing also to look at BTCitcoins whitepaper. Less than 10 pages - 9 pages to be exact!.

Reinventing money to be trustless for the internet age was indeed revolutionary that's why Bitcoin is still here after 10 years and spawned thousands of alts trying to further improve its concept.

Salute to Mr. S. Nakamoto for bringing BTC to the world.

I do not remember that times when the Bitcoin price was too low, because knew about the crypto currency a bit later. But what I have understood that on the crypto market your reaction should be rapid and sometimes hesitations may appear only to be harmful and after this you may really regret that some day you have not bought that coins. Of course nowadays we expect from Bitcoin the increase and after some time we will see the better situation. So congratulate everyone with this anniversary. I think that Bitcoin is our future

I didn't know bitcoin from the beginning, but I only found out when in 2013 even so I really feel lucky to be able to find and learn about bitcoin in 2013
and Of course, many people don't expect bitcoin to become a worldwide phenomenon until now.

when I first heard about bitcoin mining and electronic coins, I thought it was a game of toys with game currencies. later came the understanding of the invention.

These years have shown clearly that there is a buildup of the crypto market, even if right now it does not look like being so. Bitcoin has proven to be particularly resistant to loses and up-downs.

Yeah, I also didn't know bitcoin from the beginning. I know about bitcoin in 2015 and I am still here right now. As you say, there are many people do not expect bitcoin but there are also many people have helped by knowing bitcoin. Hope bitcoin will show many developments in the future and we can stay here in a long time.

I still can't believe it has been only 10 years since bitcoin started. It feels like it is such a huge part of the world right now that it must have been decades since the first start of it. Just some persons idea of a decentralized currency became such a huge success and now globally known and even used almost in any country. We are here talking about how we are in a bear market and how the price dropped insanely but in reality think of all the coins you mention and think how long it has been since the first day. Ethereum was just couple cents only 3 years ago and now look at how big it is, yes it dropped from over a thousand dollars to 200 dollars but it also spiked from couple cents to 200 dollars in couple years. All these altcoins we cry about has increased thousands of times in price since the first day and they are just barely new things.

The 10th anniversary of bitcoin marks the thanksgiving from all of us because without bitcoin, we are not here and we cannot earn some money.  Cheers to Sastoshi! May we see more adoption in the future.

By human standards, 10 years is quite a long time. But for a new technology - this is a very small amount of time. People are gradually involved in cryptocurrency and almost everyone has already heard something about Bitcoin. Therefore, now we are only at the beginning of the path, at the beginning of global change.

What strikes me most is that 10 years ago, almost no one knew about Bitcoin and blockchain technology was unnecessary to anyone. A couple of years passed and more and more people began to mention Bitcoin. Last year there was a peak of all this history when on television and from each information source it was told about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin started this whole story with cryptocurrencies from scratch and now we have a large cryptocurrency market.

I met bitcoin in 2012. In the same year I bought my first ASIC 6000$. On bitcoin's birthday, I have heard a lot of negative and not good reviews in six years. But I can say from myself that I have no doubt that bitcoin is the future. A future that is uneducated sarcastic afraid to realize

First I want to say happy 10th anniversary for BTC. I hope that BTC is more successful and brings more benefits to many people around the world. It is possible to repeat it like the end of last year, a tremendous price leap. And the most important thing is that in the future BTC will be fully accepted in all countries. it doesn't feel that 10 years have accompanied us as investment assets and online transactions. many things are obtained, both the profits and losses that have been obtained. ever going up to the moon, and suddenly a market crash occurs in a fast time. On this 10th birthday, bitcoin can go back up to the moon.

The 10 years has been a tremendous thing that has happen to investors and cryptocurrency community as a whole which I think the future is clearly bright and has a better one for new comer too cause it's never too late to join now that we are in the beginning of second decade.

In fact, Bitcoin was born much earlier, there have already been controversies about this. But during this time, we can say that Bitcoin, like the technology itself, has tested everyone for strength and gradually improved itself. And the fact that we see it now as the main goal of all investors is success and fame.

what happened 10 years ago is history. now we need to look at 10 years ahead and understand how we will survive the changes in the cost of the block, what will happen with the block size and whether mining farms will not be closed due to a decrease in profitability
