There are various reasons and risks from Cryptocurrency including:
1. As in the form of digital assets, it is easily misused for financial system crimes such as money laundering.
2. The absence of a clear system, makes cryptocurrency vulnerable to malfunctions that ultimately harm users.
3. Crypto assets have the potential for financial crime (fraud), security violations and operating failures.

       For this reason Cryptocurrency cannot be legally accepted and even banned in some countries. All definitely have strong and wise reasons such for the safety and comfort of the user in the country. Therefore, I think it is time for stakeholders in various countries, especially in countries whereas crypto-capitalexchanges trading ecosystems is high, must think about creating and compiling clear regulations related to cryptocurrency to prevent future potential problems. Because we know Cryptocurrency has become an unavoidable necessity and Crypto is not for us to avoid but must be seen as a potential for benefit and global progress.

       Besides of the regulation of Cryptocurrency itself, the main problem is to prevent and avoid irresponsible individuals who have the potential to do other bitcoin or crypto washing, or theft of Cryptocurrency.

I question my self that do we can be free or stay away from fraud?

these two are the same. and are wrong. it is much harder to use cryptocurrency as a means for illegal activities because of lack of adoption and also lack of anonymity for bitcoin and most others. not to mention volatility that people always ignore when it suites them.

not at all. so far majority of countries have nothing against bitcoin. and those that have never had these reasons for their behavior. they always do it because they can not control a decentralized currency and/or tax it!

May I just add that there is clear distinction between bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. And each is unique, and most times unrelated.

Bitcoin is not totally ban though, but there are certain countries that bans it from using crypto (if they catch you). Still you can go and  use it just don't be caught.

Isn't it ironic that fiat currency has a clear system with easily understandable laws and regulations yet it still is a vehicle for money laundering and fraud? You can't simply bat an eye on bitcoin by ignoring the facts that is also present in fiat.

Even though bitcoin has these sort of weakness and vulnerability (well fiat currency also has these), it certainly proved its place in the financial world since people and companies still trusted it by investing and buying it. Money can never be freed from fraud as this ignites the greed from people. Even with a clearly devised system, fraud will never be eliminated.

To my knowledge people have talked much about bitcoin bane and it's rejected from the world but still they are not successful and it won't be true even we will not see that time when bitcoin will reject from the world and it is not controllable so people can use it every where in the world with out any further force and people use it for their good usage now.

Ironically, to make it simple it seems better to banned yourself from bitcoin than banned bitcoin. Once you've banned from this, then assuming you won't ever have a problem with regards to this matter.

Bitcoin is one of the coins in the crypto world. Which are priced from all the coins. If everything is destroyed in the crypto world, then Bitcoin will not be bitten any day. Wherever one can say Bitcoin is the best.

For me, Bitcoin is something that can change the financial system in a big way. I don't see BTC for a solution for money laundering but for taking bribes or undeclared payments it's almost perfect.

2. The system of cryptos are very clear, only the system of governments and regulators towards cryptos are not clear! That is major bottleneck towards the mass adoption of crypto. That's a valid point so check your local law before you jump in to the crypto scene!


Check my above reply! Some progressive countries like Japan and Germany have accepted cryptos to be adopted within the mainstream economy! However, there are some backward thinking countries like India and Bangladesh have banned it from being a legal tender! However, that doesn't stop us from adopting crypto because we have a huge p2p market available for trading cryptos! This is a very serious concern! The way fiat used to be a toll for financial crimes worldwide, now cryptos are being used! Good and bad always go hand in hand and we can't really eliminate the one for another! The best way to avoid such bad things can be achievable through proper education! Is being regulated means controlled? No. I don not mean that. Regulation I mean that such creating a wall to protect all investor assets safe. I know that even real fiat is actually used for fraudulent activities as you said. What I ask is that is it quit complicated protecting Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency from such criminal activities.

Everyone want to not banned bitcoin but because of the people using it in a bad things many governments start to banned it. Only a few countries forbid Bitcoin and crypto in their area, but that doesn't affect because other Bitcoin and crypto can still be accessed via the internet, the crime of using crypto cannot be separated because crypto has anonymity that maintains the privacy of its users. but that's only a few people who use it for acts of crime, and more help people in solving everyday problems.

Those risk is come from the users habbit itself. About fraud and other financial crime is focused on each person who get involved in it. I am also a victim of fraud, I have looked for bitcoin service but unfortunately I visited fake website and l have lost my bitcoin there, and then I think again, it's not bitcoin faulty but it's pure cybercrime and my shortcomings. I have to be more careful to visit any site. So any bad thinga is not from bitcoin buy from people, so bitcoin is not to banned or rejected.

I don't think that we can be free or stay away from fraud because there is no guarantee we can get 100% safe from the attacker. There is a risk of everything we do for our life, and it's related to other people. But we can prevent from getting a bad experience with securing the account we have.

Cryptocurrency can accepted in all country, but it depends on the government itself because they have the power to accept or deny something that they don't want. Ban and rejection has been a major challenge bitcoin is facing from inception. Its a decentralized digital currency not regulated by any Central Bank or control by other commercial banks. Government sees bitcoin as a threat to their to their economy and a way of laundering money for crime and other illegal purposes. All technologies are created with good intentions, but unfortunately bad actors find ways to use the same technology to commit crimes. You cannot stop these people from being bad and you cannot throw out the baby with the bath water.

Why is Bitcoin always associated with negative problems? Especially regarding money laundering, whereas so far money laundering has been done using fiat compared to bitcoin, they should have realized that bitcoin actually made changes to the security of financially related systems, only that the problem with bitcoin today is hackers.

Bitcoin is indeed not prohibited or rejected, only there are countries that still doubt the concept of bitcoin. Bitcoin has the advantage of being able to make individuals more creative and advanced, and bitcoin is not able to make the government in a country benefit.

It is true that it can help other people to earn some money but it is not that easy since to earn a profit out of these crypto currencies,  you should be able to have virtue of being patient. If you are not patient enough, you will not be able to earn money in the future. If the government banned them, I don't have any thing to object there since it is their decision, not mine.

If Bitcoin is fully controlled, then Bitcoin will lose its decentralized nature. Meanwhile, Bitcoin was created as a decentralized currency and transparency. Why do we use Bitcoin if the government and state fully control Bitcoin? it is no different from fiat money and banks

The issue is a bit dicey because anything done to put control on crypto will surely negate the fundamental of bitcoin which is decentralized and this is what makes bitcoin what it is. Taking away decentralization from bitcoin will make it be nothing. So what are we going to do in this situation? I think the best option if possible was for the people to follow the guidelines on usage of bitcoin which was merely for P2P transactions. Freeing from fraud? It will never happened. Let me remind you that the population of the whole world is 6.5 Billion people and each of them has different characteristics. Fraud will never get away especially to the third world country. Getting in jailed is an easy part compared to looking for money to buy food. So, with the poverty people resort to doing fraud. You can even sense that here in the forum especially in marketplace that there are many fraud users out there. And we can't do anything about it because it is already there and it will be so hard to remove the fraud in that section.

If our forefathers looked at and dealt with these negatives negatively, we would not have seen progress now. Some government of different countries are rejecting bitcoin, we dont know the real reasons why they are doing this but it is a bad thing becaise they did not accept the next future currency of our world. Still bitcoin is on the top although some coutries are against to bitcoin.

No one can stop bitcoin as there is no central authority since the currency is decentralized. This means the government has no particular organization to ban. Its a peer to peer network. So, if the government has to destroy bitcoin, they will have to stop every person from using it. Think of it like the torrent network. Has the government still been able to stop the usage of torrent for illegal usage and piracy? Nope.

I think the main cause of every government prohibiting bitcoin is that bitcoin is identical with negative things such as money laundering, terrorist funding or tools for illegal transactions. In our country the issue of crypto regulation is pending under the jurisdiction of law. Government of maximum country are study for its regulation where its already regulated.
