I try to look if there's a local board for Bahrain but it seems there none so I would suggest if you can open a thread here:  Other languages/locations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=11.0). Again, just be careful specially those newbie accounts, you better filter out everything before hiring someone. And always remember "You get what you paid for".

Surely you will find more success posting this job availability on job hunting/job posting Bahrani websites you will surely find the right candidate if you do so. For sure you have seen right now are post from newbies offering their services to you, they clearly don't see the point that you are seeking an employee and not a particular service from another one of this so-called blockchain development teams. I don't know how they operate but it would be better if you see the applicants in person and not like this "blockchain development teams" operating via messages.
