This couldn’t be successful but for the bounty managers’ effort. What if a bounty manager would not undertake any project without KYC of the ICO’s founder? The main issue is making all of them do the background checks (especially since a significant amount of "new/rookie managers" are quite greedy [unfortunately]). |
