Last year we witnessed a miracle of bitcoin growth at the end of the year. Will it be repeated later this year?

We need a strong push to market growth. What do you think is likely to impact the market at this time?

At the end of this year? I don't think so and it looks unlikely.

Many experts say that cryptocurrencies will rise in December this year because Bakkt platform will be launched.
But, did you see any growth this year which will be caused by good news? No. So I think that situation here will be same - no growth this year.

Information on ETF is still very low and we should not depend on this investment fund because of the involvement of ETF this is definitely the biggest hedge fund but with it the risk will be very high for all market participants. I think the Bitcoin value will increase by the end of the year and you should consider investing now

The fact that Bitcoin`s price took off at the end of last year doesn`t mean that the same thing will happen this year. Bitcoin doesn`t have “cycles” and chronological patterns in development, therefore, it`s impossible to link the price change only to the time frame. However, I believe that at the moment the basis for the further growth of this cryptocurrency is being formed. In my opinion, this is due to two factors:
1. Increasing of the complexity of BTC mining. For today, more than 17 million coins have been mined out of the planned 21 million, and the less left, the stronger the course.
2. Large institutional capitals are coming to the market. This will give new impulse to Bitcoin strengthening and stabilization.

It cannot be said that we will definitely see the result of the action of these factors by the beginning of 2019, but I think that the new price increase won`t take long to wait.

i am positive that the bitcoin price will recover and rice again before this year ends and will start a new bull run for the year 2019, this market dip should not be a hindrance for us to believe in the power of Crypto!

No bitcoin will go back to $3500-4000.

There is no sign for recover. More and more people will get tired of holding and waiting and will lose there trust.

2019 will be a bearish year. You can not expect a pump every year. I think it will take a couple years before bitcoin can rise again.

Trading volume is getting lower and lower. Now it looks all stable but thats because people are waiting for a bullrun end of the year and im sure that will not happen.

I think we will see a huge dump market cap of crypto will go back to 100-150 billion and then we will see a long period of stable price and after the halving in 2020 the price will increase slowly again.

Once more people get tired and leave the market, the chances of recovery are higher. Currently there are too many hold and wait for the market to recover so the market can not recover for that reason. Also BTC never falls below 5k7$ once again

There’s still a chance for bitcoin to pump its price, we still have more days to go before the end of 2018. Many people are now losing hope, but for me nothing is imposible with bitcoin, miracle can still happen again. :)

Though, if you based your analysis in chart/price movement technically the chance for bitcoin to pump again is very low but since this market moves easily by speculation, hodlers still hoping for that moment again.

there is no fundamental reason to push the growth and increase of the market like last year and that will not happen again at the end of this year. it seems we don't have to expect much about this ETF, because without that the market can still give us profit or loss.

I don't think it will happen. The general sentiment around bitcoin and cryptocurrencies is still negative and I think the launch of Bakkt will not have the immediate effect many people expect.

The probability is always there, but I think that at first, Bitcoin will fall to a price of $ 4,000, and then rapid growth will begin and the new year will bring + 100%

We never know what is happening in the market and what big investors think, the possibility of going up can happen but it might not reach ATH like last year

ETF approval is never decide the Bitcoin price so end of the this will be going to dump or pump. But I hope this will be going to forward in end of the year and many investors are start to buy more crypto in this dip. So we are ready to earn more profit in crypto investment.

There is always chance but still we dont see it ,month ago people were talked, that in November we would see price increasing but as we see all is same like before.

Well there is always that chance especially in crypto you never know because of its volatile nature but for that we need huge volumes and at the moment there are no signs of positivity, personally i think in coming months bakkt and etf are important events and they can push the market up.

There are possibilities but it would be small I believe. It would be hard for the market value of not only Bitcoin but almost majority of cryptos because as far as it is concerned, we are only two months away before this year end and it would be practical to think that it won't be an enough time for recovery to happen since at this moment red marks are still dominant.

why is it so? can't happen with the current support levels (there was much worse conditions this year but we haven't seen such falling).

if we look back to the past, bitcoin growing hardly just in few month until hit the all time high price, right ?

there is a belief in such an outcome of events, but you should not hope for it much better to prepare yourself for the fact that we will not see increases soon

no need to believe in exact terms, then there will be no disappointment. u just have to wait for the onset of favorable conditions.

The price has completely flatlined with no signs of a bull run. The ETF will hopefully turn things around if it ever gets approved. There are so many applications going through that at least one will have to have a positive response

The chances are very less, because almost we are in end of this year still there is no significant growth in bitcoin price. I think there is no bull run this year, the price will increase but not too high. Little by little the price will increase but not like last year growth. Don't get panic just hold on the bitcoin till the end of this year after that decide whether you want to sell or hold.

For Bitcoin, the maximum rise is a 7k break through and a swing at this level until the end of the year. And this is the perfect ending of the year, maybe everything is much worse.

A very faded belief in fact and this looks difficult to be witnessed. What i want to say is that the market has been cold for long that is since the start of the year and things might happen to continue this way. Moreover, we are facing issues due to the intervention by Whales and what is going to influence them to make the changes that will give rise to the crypto market? Of course nothing so we wait until the market establishes equilibrium again. That might be a possible indication of the rise.

If you look at the price charts the Bitcoin price is completely in a stable position and sometimes the market volume is increasing. I hope this year the price of Bitcoin will cross more than $10k and we can expect the price should increase even more in the coming days.

for improvement I think will exist and occur at the end of this year, but for the movement of the ride will not be as big as at the end of last year. all will be moving up slowly, but it would be good for long-term investment.

That is expected that it won't be the same as last year.

We all wanted to see that run because that seem to be the best and highest price of all time. But if that won't happen then just proceed and and keep on doing what you used to do during those early days. And as for new investors, you don't need to rush, just follow the crowd and the wave of the market.

Over time, I increasingly believe in slow steady growth than a sharp jerk.General adoption of technology and cryptocurrency in general is needed.

it will be rising moment for bitcoin every end of year, but i dont think this year will did what we have in the end of last year. it will slowly goes up or only very small bull will comes until the beginning of 2019. So, do not hope for big pump will happen in this end of year, be more patient and keep holding your bitcoin for long term period, believe me it will return you more profit rather than short term investment.

My personal opinion is - no. The "new year" is an abstract milestone for people, but not for digital assets, which don't really care about time frames.
However, if those big guys who control the market decide that it's time to grow - we will see grow no matter what.

There are many different new years in the world) For example before Chinese New Year BTC usually falls. But people tired from bear market maybe we will see green candles, people usually get bonuses for the year work in December-January, and maybe they spend them on crypto.

we all want that at the end of this year bitcoin will be pumped up again, but the possibility of that will not happen. and if there is high volatile growth, this is not good because then a correction will occur again.

Bitcoin is a very profound alternative to cash.  Bitcoin is decentralized and it's network keep growing as millions of people around the world depend on it's unique service.  I see bitcoin growing in value in 2019 and beyond!

I think every year the price of bitcoin increases, and it doesn't have to be at the end of the year. It is indeed a good start for crypto development at the end of the year. Every period there will be a miracle about the price and it's good, but for the middle of the year, it will decrease because the demand decreases.

So many chance i think, still hope this year bullrun happen, still hodl some coin and lets miracle happen , holder always win right?

Of course there will always be a possibility for bitcoin to increase at the end of this year, but it happens or not that nobody knows. We can only see and wait and hang our hopes that the end of this year can give us a good surprise.

I don't know but seem like it's impossible in this year. At the moment, stock market is being in really bad situation and I don't think crypto market can retrieve while stock market is being like that because stock market has great effect to crypto market, if you guys don't believe it so try to take a look at crypto market everywhen stock market dump or pump.

This is exactly correct. Bitcoin has been very stable and has been very consistent in the recent ages. Falls have not been witnessed more often and the element of stability has been dominant for sometime now. This leads us to the fact that Bitcoin is in a position and such positions seldom comes so there is a chance that we might move in to the phase of recovery till the end of the year or even in the start pf the next year.

I've done a seminar last week. They say that the price of the bitcoin will increase by the end of the month which is December. Let us just hope that this thing will really happen. Just hold your coins and do not sell it yet so that no money will be lost.

Give more time for the market to recover, almost a month is sufficient but better to give more time for it.

I'm now pushing the 2019 as going to be the year of redemption for the crypto market. A time for recovery and there would be no more reason for all of us to keep on complaining to the market. Let's take this 10%-90% of lose as part of our experience and if more than that is our profits then be grateful that you surpass this entire challenging year.

A couple of days ago, I was also sure of that. But in the last 24 hours the price of Bitcoin fell by more than 10%. The mark of $6000, which for a long time was perceived as the bottom, broke through, and this is a disturbing sign. Moreover, this mark was hard for Bitcoin when it tried to grow to it a few months ago. I think it`ll take months for the Bitcoin price to recover.

Ofcourse there will be a chance for the market ro recover because the market is unpredictable so no matter how bad the situation gets, it will always be a 50-50 scenario. The increase itself is unpredictable. The only reason why people are expecting recovery at the end of this year is because of what happened last year where the market value of cryptos have suddenly increased. But surely, patience should be prioritized at times like this.

The chances that bitcoin will rally before the end of the year is becoming slim by the day! The unexpected bitcoin price dump caught everyone by surprise,  the only thing that makes sense in this Cryptocurrency market is the quality and decentralized status of bitcoin!

Yes they have possibility the value of the bitcoin increase . My expectation before I want to see bitcoin price increase in the month of October and November but until now the price become more cheap and I hope in the last month of thid year 2018 finally bitcoin will up.

The first thing you need to keep in mind is that the market at the end of 2017 can be bullied because of many positive signals from the economy as well as the situation of other markets such as securities and real estate all grow during that period. At now is the end of 2018, the market rate could not chance to the bull run due to the bad economic situation, so hold and hope in 2019.

Did you expect this FUD to be ended in a short time? i guess no. Mining hash power has been moving to the bitcoin cash. Bitmain is ready to deploy 90k new mining rig to mine bitcoin cash.
This will always become the main problem in the POW system because it can be manipulated. This is why i hate POW system even its truly decentralized.

Definitely have a chance but don't expect the bull run slightly increase as much 7000$ is enough to give sign bitcoin future for next year 2019 has possible to be strong.

Prices increasing based purely on an ETF approval is unlikely as the SEC has now delayed the key decision until February 2019

Add to that obvious signs the market still hasn't begun to recover and mostly bland sentiment in play because of this and it wouldn't be realistic to expect improvements till early next year

This latest big selloff looks to be the final capitulation that some were looking for as the final bottom. If true, then this may be the last few days bitcoin is under $6000 and should be going up in a few days.

Hopefully it can happen. Everyone has been waiting for a very long time and recently the value of Bitcoin has been constantly decreasing, causing many investors to feel nervous. there are many factors that can influence a crypto.
One of the policies related to crypto trading is an example of a policy taken by the American government that does not agree to the ETF for bitcoin rolling in its country. some investors go and sell their crypto assets to avoid the losses that result from the policy so that the crypto price in international trade has decreased significantly in almost all crypto currencies.

That's one problem with this war.

They are into war against Bitcoin SV and Bitcoin ABC so hash rate decreased for them to be able to show Craig Wright that they can show him that they not the underdog with this fight. As I've said, give more time for bitcoin to have its own recovery process.

nothing is impossible I guess, but for a very close now, I guess to see market growth will be very difficult. It takes time to grow the market to green, and I think it took until early next year to achieve it.

The battle is quite uphill considering that during holidays many Bitcoin hodlers may choose to encash their coins but am with you in hoping that even a mild bull run can happen anytime soon. Though the mood right now is really not conducive for upward growth but then again we know that Bitcoin is always some surprises under its sleeves. I think it can not have pumping at the end of the year. The market has too little capital and they need time to recover. In addition, bitcoin ETFs only make bitcoin slower but surely. It will not be manipulated anymore and its price will not be inflated as you think. ;D

I am hoping for good. So I hope it will increase even though just a little. And I also want my wallet to increase its price by December so I can buy some sale products in the market. I also want it to increase in order for me to invest in some coins if the market goes down once again. Go up, become stable, and go down, it doesn't matter. Everything is going to be fine. 6 weeks before the end of this year and we hope that they have miracle to happen which is the price of the bitcoin will increase again the value like 2017 when the end of the year the price of the bitcoin became very high and that is very good for us but we need to buy and hold bitcoin.

There is still a little chance for bitcoin price to increase by the end of this year. But it is near impossible to reach the price of end of 2017. As the confidence of a growth is lesser than on last year. People are more careful before investing in cryptos.

I'm giving him the positivity that the market will increase and going to have its recovery but not for this year. Give at least time for the market will have its better position for about 6 more months or so.

The push that we are waiting right now isn't the Bitcoin ETF, it has been denied and just move on with it. There's no hope for that push but there are some other things that we might see in the future. Basically if the market came from this very deep crash, higher expectation is about to come.

Not enough for the said push but there's an interesting thing on its 2nd week, so stay tune.

I hope that there would be some good news for us before this year ends,

Bear market is dominating, it is hard to be surprised with bitcoin later this year. Perhaps this is the time to challenge perseverance and confidence in the Cryptocurrency, we still expect a miracle of growth at the end of the year.
