I have an idea to realize in life virtual management by computer/smartphone of real farm. This idea is divided on two fork: 1) Berry and vegetables. For example, you can invest 250 usd in 1 m2 of greenhouse construction that will be yours till the end, + 160 usd in operation expanses. In thus space will be grown strowberry, blueberry, tomatoes, onion, salat, cucumber etc. All proces would be controled by profesional agronom , and throught agronomic sensors and IoT this information will be transfered in block-chain and you could check all nesessary parametrs to verify that this products is eco. After harvest you could sell this products on the trade platform and to get benefit 100% rentability, or you can order delivery to your home (of course it will take additional expance on logistic if you are located in other city/contry). 2) Grain. In this option you invest to divide risk with farmer. Farmer pays for field bank, you pay for the rest. In the same way you can control growing and harvesting process. And after harvest you sell your volume on the platform and devide benefit with farmer. For exampe farmer - 60 , your - 40%. What is your idea on this topic? Will you take part in such model?
