which is your favorite ICO in Nowember, and why?
i want find ICO with pottential, but i want ICO with 10-20 MLN$ max CAP. becouse for future  Pumps - low cap = max chance for high pumps. if project will good, CAP is nothing ! ! !

maybe this project is in accordance with the criteria you say, their soft cap target is $15 million and the hard cap is $40 million, now their sales have reached $10,7 million. this is their site fiiicoin (https://fiii.io), it looks like they have a promising product and I am interested in researching it further.

In 2018 there is no IOC is great or big enough. But I think only XAYA is a unique ICO that has ended recently and the token has lunched in the Liquid exchange. This project has it's own blockchain and for the gaming industry.

I don't want to speculate because in my opinion to see a project is a very difficult thing.
Lots of projects were created and many failed. Let's analyze it yourself and I'm sure everyone must have a different opinion.
Determining a project is difficult and decisions remain with each of them.

$10,000,000 - $20,000,000 hard cap? I don't think that you can find a reliable one for this year. Though I don't say that you'll never find one but most of the projects now aren't even hitting the soft cap that they are requiring.
And if you are just with those coins that are going to pump then just watch out the market and buy while those coins are on the dip and sell it later on when it pumps.

I agree with this. There is no EOS exchange yet so having one and the first is big and could easily be a profit.

I think Bravo will have good progress and will be a best-selling coin and a good future.
Even though it is still a sales stage, it will make coins popular and potentially.

For q4 of 2018 my choise is:
1. WPP Energy - more than 35 000 000$ collected already, ICO end on December
2. W12 - softcap already collected

Currently the value of the coin is very cheap, so in my opinion we should know that ICO is now quite risky, maybe only in a short time the market will grow back and that is my guess.

I don't know which one is the best ICO project in this month but for me, I think you should take a look at GEMERA ICO project :). For now, I'm being a participant in GEMERA bounty campaign and GEMERA token is tradable on LATOKEN exchange for now :). As I can see price of GEMERA token is really high although it's just listed on a small exchange like LATOKEN :). I think you should take a look at this project :).

The EOS project isn't as fantastic as it was touted to be during the year long ICO. So I don't don't much from an EOS exchange either. I'm on a break investing in any ICO for now. The projects that turn out great I'll pick up at the exchanges

Actually, there are many ICO projects which are having huge potential but due to the market downtrend, the outcome happens is the other way around. Many projects are failing despite of the potential that they are having just because of the negative influence of the bearish market. So maybe, it would be more advisable to not invest yet because recovery is not yet occuring.

At present, the potential bounty is very rare. I have researched the ICO projects and found that GEMERA is currently highly appreciated. But to conclude whether this project is a scam or not it is really difficult for the current market condition. If you trust, you can invest in or participate in bounty of GEMERA.

I have reviewed and this project was not as expected. They only attract over $ 100,000 and this is a very low amount to be able to develop the project. I think you should look carefully because Latoken is not a good exchange and will not be highly valuable as listed here.

These are the three best projects I've ever attended. Its bounty campaigns are fantastic and it's purely a potential project. In November I knew a very good project that was SOAR (SKYM). This is a great project coming from Krypital and it will definitely succeed. Public sale is only 3 million $ and I guess it only lasts about 30 minutes, and public sale will take place in the next 5 days

Sad to say but it would be hard to determine knowing what situation the market is having at this moment. There are numerous projects which are having huge potential but what becomes a conflict is the outcome because most of the time this year, the projects are dying after the crowdsale due to the negative influence of the market. I don't recommend the ICO for any month. But Is they reach softcap and it will be upgrade day by day in website. We should try that project. Nowadays many scam projects are increase in the market and some projects are not reach minimum level of crowd sale many projects are not listing in the market so majority of the peoples are stay away in ICO investment.

I am looking at the following ICO's: Gemera (crypto backed by colombian emeralds, will be listed on LAToken), Vena Network, has plenty of hype and also Ethershift.

Avoid all ICO's best to find good small beginnings projects and mine and buy from other miners things that are Low on marketing and high on innovation and Development.
Those are the projects that get scouted by the smart people and pumped in the future thats where you have the possibility of 1000 or 10,000x

I think the best ICO in 2018 November is U.SAVE because looking at its website, I can see white paper is clear and development team are experienced people. Although the website does not have a security key but it have a good development.

I have also heard about it long ago. But it has not reached the softcap for a long time and this project can not be successful. There are still a lot of ICOs out there that are so much public sale like ICNQ

I visited its site, its quite a huge team and very pro, there are no scam accusation to the team so its probably real. Yes EOSEX.com also is good, I like to receive the airdrops they have sent. I got about 0.06BTC worth of EXP from them.I heard they are going to distribute another token once again for holding EXP in the exchange.

I think the best ICO was OST. They reached 20 millions$ and after that the token was listed on many huge exchanges. Also the price is quate good for the falling market.

I think you should take a look at GOeureka ICO project. They're running an app for booking hotel room. As I remember their softcap is $3m, hardcap is $60m and they already get more than $10m while but I think it's still fine while crypto market is being in bad situation like at the moment.

The ICO I just invested in. ModernChain is a payments platform among other things, that'll solve the problem of Crypto- to -fiat swaps with no hassle.  You can also invest in their MN as they are a Masternodes coin as well.  Token sale ends Dec 15, so there's still time to  research and see what they're about.

While it is OK to keep looking for opportunities to make money in the market, it does not seem like the best thing to do when all the market has been crashing for more than a week, it is better to concentrate on how you can escape the situation in the market than to try to make money.

Hardcap from 10-20 million dollars? I do not think a potential project has such a low target. And I think the current projects, even if they have the potential, are also very likely to fail because the market is red. ETH price drops too low and many projects will lose money before getting to the exchange.

Project teams are not looking for short term gains. Only scammers can do such things like selling crowdfundung source money in order to make profits. I always do my homework before investing single penny to such events.

First ICO looks shady, second one raised just 500O eth, it is lower than 1 million, but their idea and site look great. Next one ICO I consider to participate in bounty, do you know if they raised something?
