But you need the bitcoin address to sign in the message or else your account will be lost forever. Without being able to sign a message from any of them (as explained in the thread Findingnemo linked above), there is nothing you can do to recover your account.

Or recover DATA from the pc you formated, you may be find your login details. Your account is not locked and seems to be not used since you left it, it will be the only option for you is to find your password. If you still own the hard drive, high possible that you will find it, you will find many software that help you do it. Like mentioned you can also find the ID of a personal message, and sign one you sent within there if presented to cyrus. However, passport or any other method will not work, and won't be sufficient evidence that you're the original owner.
