I think you should put this message in help next time as that will probably get you better responses

People get to know about Bitcoin and join the main forum. But they end up using other means such as Reddit or local communities, facebook to discuss about the subject. And they only redeem the account when they need to talk about specific issues. The number of active accounts does not reach 20%. In the technical sections it is not so unusual to find members asking for help with old accounts that have been frozen for years. This forum, first of all, is about Bitcoin. Surprised , that you did not recognize "Theymos" as admin.
