About WinToken
WinChain OS’s crypto-currency is called WinToken ("WIN"). WinToken serves as an access token that in order to access the WinChain system, licensed lottery operators must hold and put a certain amount of WinToken into custody. Holders of WinToken have the right to comment and vote on major community issues such as game selection and overall system settings.

WinToken Distribution
A fixed supply of 21 billion (21,000,000,000) pieces of WinToken will be distributed and no ICO is planned.

Among them, 10.5 billion pieces of WinToken (50% of total supply) will be distributed in 3 stages according to the white paper (http://www.winchainos.com/pdf/Whitepaper-EN.pdf).

The rest of the WinToken (50% of total supply) are reserved for the following purposes:

• 3.15 billion pieces of WinToken (15% of total supply) are reserved for development teams;
• 3.15 billion pieces of WinToken (15% of total supply) are reserved for marketing;
• 2.1 billion pieces of WinToken (10% of total supply) are reserved for community programs;
• and 2.1 billion pieces of WinToken (10% of total supply) are reserved for developer ecosystem.

I am still confused about your token which 50% can be converted and the other 50% cannot be converted, so what is the purpose of the conversion? Where are your sites and whitepapers?

Supply 21 billion? I don't know where the tokens will go with so much. And maybe this won't work if you look at the price that will be offered later. But is it really possible to buy and sell at okex? I think it's still doubtful.

Yes, as a user of any blockchain based lottery games powered by WinChain OS, you know exactly how much money is collected in terms of each transaction for every lottery draw!  As the games are running under different smart contracts, all you need yo do is simply copy and paste the smart contract address (e.g 0x113f74eb4d03c12b330d876962618de1cd12c988 is one of the addresses) of your interested game into blockchain.winchainos.com ( the winchain os blockchain explorer), then you will see all the details.
