I think still Monero is the best. Because ring signatures is easier to use. But Zcash is also good. Because zero knowledge proofs is wonderful. I like to hear lots of opinion about that. I wouldn't count on it much though, at least not as an investment If that's what you're planning to do.
People who care about their privacy are not much so even though its price might increase in the future, it will be pretty limited compared to BTC where all types of people use it and bitcoin already have multiple proposals to increase the anonymity of the user.
