Experts predict $20,000 for bitcoin in the 2019. When will Bitcoin reach this point in your opinion?

there are lots of news and predictions regarding the price of bitcoin, some says that the price will reach 50k dollar by the end of this year and until now there was no clear evidence that it will happen so for me those predictions even it was predicted by and experts we should be still keen on what is the reality in the market so that our decision will not be affected.

There is no group of people called 'experts' and different people have their own different opinions based on their interpretation of the market using technical and foundamental analysis.

With a little FOMO, bitcoin can rise explosively in a short period of time. There just needs to be a catalyst for such a bull run. And that can come at any time.

I'm a very passionate bitcoin and quite optimistic about its future. But I think Bitcoin will not be able to return to $ 20,000 this year. This market is very potential but it needs time to grow and be widely recognized, if you love Bitcoin or Blockchain, you should not pay too much attention to its price predictions, focus on the technological value that it brings to the future.

It could take some time before bitcoin hits $20,000 again, I very much doubt it will be this year.

In fact, we may experience further drops before we hit another bull market again.

But, there is lots of upcoming developments for bitcoin so the next year or 2 will be exciting for sure and I expect much higher prices are on the horizon.

there are no accurate predictions that show when bitcoin will grow, now in 2018 bitcoin is in an unstable price position. not only bitcoin but all altcoins are in a low position. I see this potential will definitely happen but the time will occur when it cannot be ascertained.

I think the price you mentioned is too high, the chances are very small the price of bitcoin can reach $ 20,000, my prediction at the beginning of the year will usually increase but it will not be too high, my prediction will be the price of $ 10000

Agree, as of now the price is still unpredictable and no one cant tell what will be the result of the price. The price changes every now and then so the best thing to do is just be open minded and prepared for all possible outcome.

There will be no $20k BTC in 2019.

Actually no one knows about the price of BTC, last year when it touches 20K$, no one was sure about this and everyone was amazed and happy at that point. From that value people got the idea that BTC can touch 20K$ so they are expecting more. These two months are crucial for BTC....

I can't be sure that happens because everything in the world of digital currency is just a prediction and there is no certainty. But my optimism remains very high, I think Bitcoin can be one of the digital currencies that has experienced very good development. When Bitcoin is increasingly needed, the price will automatically increase. In 2017 we have got something so extraordinary that the price of Bitcoin reaches up to 18,000USD. and then in 2019 I was also very confident that the price of Bitcoin could create a new record !!

Hmm. I have a bit of mix emotions, specially hearing the predictions of this so called experts, again. Obviously, we wanted to see bitcoin making a run for another all-time-high every year so it doesn't change a bit. We wanted to see it happened in 2018, but no, what we witnessed is a dramatic fall? Then can we say that 2019 will bring new hope? Maybe, maybe not as we don't have a crystal ball to see and predict the future. If there's a lot of positive news then surely it will bring some impact to the price because this market is based purely on speculation. So its really hard to say what 2019 can bring to us.

Until 10,000 USD is reach,I am not looking at 20,000. I think the price of bitcoin is a gradual process and if even it is going to moon, it will be gradual and hence a next bigger price like 10,000$ need to be targeted first before expecting a bigger price.

It does not matter my prediction as it will not add any value to the price, $ 20,000 or $ 10,000 are all the values that Bitcoin can reach, but the question is when?
If the situation persists, we may see a stability, peaks at $ 7,000 and bottoms at $ 6,000.

Prediction is always prediction, there is no connection with prediction to the crypto market. Bitcoin is now $6k+ and nobody doesn't know when Bitcoin will hit $20k either in 2019 or later.

Given that we're still not even certain that we have reached a bottom (I suspect we have but we're still too close to it to be out of danger) and that it's been 9 months now without growth, the market will need plenty of time when it does rebound, therefore I don't think we'll see any new ATHs before 2020.

It is possible in next year. But all the predictions are not comes in true so better we should predict some value then believe your prediction because most of the peoples are assume blindly then afraid in future. So we should ready accept all the value in Bitcoin.

Yes, for the current market price for now which is relatively small and market price volatility is high. This is what other called as bear market. I can't seem to understand why the bear market has gone some time and until now it is not good. There was a good market price pump on some crypto but relatively did not succeed to get more on market price increase.

I strongly believe that bitcoin may go as high as $20,000 to $25,000 as 2019 has been mark as a year of recovery in cryptocurrencies market.  This year is a bearish year and as such we should not expect much to happen in the remaining part of the year but 2019 should be the year to look on to.  I expect a steady grow in cryptocurrencies market in 2019 .

Experts will always predict but whichever way, I feel there is going to be a huge possibility we get to test the previous ATH, brew past it and possible get back to retracing further before we can even start considering possibilities of new ATH in the next year after it.

I know a lot of people are looking forward to 2020, and I somehow believe even before then, the market would have developed into an uptrend. However, it is hard to tell when or if this will truly happen as anticipated, everything we can just do is to be optimistic and hope for the best.

maybe it could happen when there is good news the price of bitcoin can experience price increases and bitcoin can grow to be very expensive again but that is if bitcoin has good news that can influence price movements in the market.

Talk about optimism. What if the lightning network reaches mass adoption worldwide next year? That could definitely trigger a btc rally, and with enough momentum and some FOMO from the general public, the price could surge to new highs, even above the last ATH.

A lot of things can happen next year, so I wouldn't be so sure about not reaching 20k in 2019.

Since we have gotten a bearish market in 2018 , I think 2019 is going to be a bullish year.  For some of us that are ready to make money like other did in 2017, now should be the best time to start gathering many coins as you can afford and sell when bullish run began in 2019. I believe that bitcoin is going to makes the same movements it makes in 2017 by next year.  Ending of July may be the beginning of bitcoin journey to another moon.  In August 2019  I am speculating that bitcoin is going to be above $20,000.

There will also not be any worldwide mass adoption.  ATH of next year will be $13000. And should be reach at close to end of year.  Number of transactions will not be doubled as now for sure.

I think the only bull coming this upcoming 2019 is not just ETF but also the companies that is getting bigger in the blockchain space. Right now, the miners and blockchain software companies the exchanges and many similar companies are both getting bigger by doing something new or getting funded for future investments.

The way the crypto space is being funded it wouldn't be a shock if the prices go up as well, a lot of companies depend on the price going up and a lot of VC capital is spent on those companies that believes price will go up. It means there is a lot of people and a lot of money riding on the fact that bitcoin has to go up.

ETF of course is an important part of this deal but not the only one, if ETF gets accepted than it is amazing but if not I still believe in the crypto companies.

It feels heavy for bitcoin to reach 20k in 2019, but to reach 10k it seems that it can be achieved, the market is still in poor condition and to make a 20k increase, it will be achieved in 2020-2021.

This year if it will jump at least by 15k then 20k is possible, same with when price approaches increase at least now which seems to be impossible at the moment.

The only things that we can do is trust to the Lord and wait and believe that somethings will happen in the 2019 to have a good future as one of the bitcoins users.

Market indicators have been pointing to growth for a month but the market is not ready to start moving up. I have no doubt that bitcoin will definitely reach $ 20,000 in 2019! I think it will be the middle-end of 2019 !

Yeah, as long as we are below that spot, then there is slightly no chance at all that there would be a possibility, so it is better to wait until then before even asking if there could be a chance towards the previous ATH.

Nonetheless, it is 2019 and we have 12 months that makes up the year, so trying to assume when there would be a growth in bitcoin in the next year, something we most definitely cannot know, is unnecessary. I guess people tend to over work their own emotions trying to think for the market, it is high time people stopped doing that and let the market do the thinking while we just stick with the trends.

There's no doubt bitcoin can reach up to $20,000 but 2019 may not be it, given the current situation it's in. It's almost the end of the year, yet bitcoin's price still plays around $6k. It will take some miracle before it jumps immediately to $20k next year. But maybe it will rise gradually, maybe even $10k but $20k? We can all just hope.

  I think bitcoin will start to pump by the early month of 2019 and hopefully it can hit $20k peak, as what most people desired and waited for this long months. Patience is the high recommendations to acheive what we aim for.

Hey who are these so called experts if possible name them let us judge for ourselves if they're really experts. I'll give you a simple advise remember there're no experts in cryptos, especially the ones making outlandish claims without backing them up. It's time you become realistic as no one really knows what the prices will be in 2019, the only question that matters is will people adopt it, will there be another Fomo event which will inturn increase the prices. I am hoping for the best in 2019, but it's to soon to say that 20k mark will be breached in the coming year.

The current market is still fluctuating so many peoples are wrongly understand the Bitcoin potential. But I hope next month we will see the good result in Crypto market.
Bitcoin growth is major role in crypto market so all the altcoins are depends on Bitcoin value. But we will not see any positve signal in Bitcoin so my prediction is it will cross the 10k USD in next year.

it is true that you can never predict bitcoin price but you can make an educated guess/speculation about its price and as an expert you should be able to have a high accuracy rate.
but what we have online as "experts" is most of the times some idiots pretending and sometimes we have actual experts but they are not giving advice, they are actually trying to make money.

many people predict that the price of bitcoin can reach 20,000 by the end of this year and some of them predict more than that. However, until now there have been no signs of market price movements showing an increase and almost all predictions they say are inaccurate.

Do not be in haste for some quick jump or some growth first, as you need to realize that this is something that would need to take some time as far as I am concerned. The rate at which a lot of people are just expecting what happened last year to happen all of a sudden again this year, is so funny, but the truth of it all is the fact that you cannot get to see the market just pop up all of a sudden as there is always what they call some little bit of calm even after the storm.

We have been in a downtrend for a while now, so it is a normal thing to note that, this is not something that would just immediately convert to an uptrend, it will develop into it, and no one can actually tell what the price would ever be in the short term or even in the long term.

I don't think they have been wrong in predicting the price of bitcoin, everyone and including me must have predictions and predictions will be the same that the price of bitcoin will exceed $ 20,000 last year. However, we have made a reason why the price of bitcoin will exceed $ 20,000 this year, the reason is only one, the price of bitcoin is always increasing every year and the increase is always high and I think this is the basis for every predictor of bitcoin prices.

We cannot predict crypto market there are always ups and downs in the market but most of the people are expecting bitcoin price to go upto $20,000 in next year feels good but it has more complexity to reach to that mark. I think it will reach more than 10K  based on current situation.

It is not an unimaginable height for bitcoin to get to, it has got to that before and so the resistance to that is not as tight as a mark never crossed before. Therefore, I think that before 2019 ends, we could hit that price.

It could happen anytime. Just relax and enjoy the ride. Them so called "expert" analysis are just guess work, if anybody can tell, they would be millionaires and wouldn't share such info. Market forces will dictate and hopefully that price would come in at some point, be it 2019 or 2090.

The crypto space continue to keep growing and definitely have the bigger chance to pump next year. Many are speculating about this trend and hopefully this will happen. So far, cryptocurrencies are being observed by some big investors as it's being said to be more advanced and more convenient.

All predictions are not accurate and no one will ever know when bitcoin value will reach $20k again and we even don't know if bitcoin will touch $20k in 2019, there is also a possibility that it will not going to happen in 2019 and we must open to those possibilities, don't just rely on predictions, we must also consider our own opinions.

From the beginning I always saw predictions, what are the advantages of predictions, predictions are not a guarantee to ensure, but just as an illustration, maybe we should do research on how many people make purchase requests on bitcoin.

Looks like we have a little drop on bitcoin price now. I think bitcoin can reach over 15,000$ next year and maybe more and can be stable at over 10,000$ so i will still hold my coins until grow and not sell for so low price now, i will buy more. Invest only money that afford to lose.

There lots of speculation about this issue, but I'm not a fortune-teller who can predict how much or when bitcoin will soar or even sink. It's hard to predict, and I believe no one can exactly know when it will happen because there's no schedule or even pattern to make sure about the growth in 2019. The price is very volatile when the time btc reach up to 20000$ there's a massive dump right then so we should expect that the price is for the market to dictate and control, it is always the people who expect to happen but only the masses will prevail.

A lot of predictions regarding that issues in Bitcoin price will up raise up next year or the other years. I saw the article and graph of market price that predicts Bitcoin price that in 2020 will start Bitcoin pumping, but I think that is only a theory for them since we all know that the market is unpredictable. I'm not referring that at you but try to analyze their work if that is true, for me, I'm still believing that within this year ends Bitcoin price will raise up.

Yes, I also think there is hope in 2019 and bitcoin will recover and will rise in the price range of 10k, but for the price of 20k it is still unlikely that 2019 will be achieved considering the terrible conditions this year. Stay optimistic and be patient, in 2020 20k hope will probably come true.

I doubt that bitcoin will reach $20k this year. Even though there is a possibility that it will eeach that high again. I think it will take a longer period of time before it will grow again. Because all cryptos nowadays a experiencing serious downfall.

We seriously focus on the price which could only give us stress and being hopeless in the future. We better not to think it over and over again everyday and better to look some opportunities around. Ain't gonna be the right time for crypto now and those who have strong faith will only survive.

I guess we need to wait and see what the SEC will decide on December 29th this year to know what the price will be like in 2019. If they accept it probably the price will go off right away in the early days, however if they reject it like they always do than the price will stay unchanged for a longer period of time.

Maybe not for a long time like couple years but definitely will be long time like at least until summer. It won't come out of its shell for at least 6 more months if it doesn't get accepted. Not because ETF is that much important but because people are really waiting for "something" that will make the bull come and even if the ETF doesn't bring in that much money, people with their hypes will get the price higher because of it. That is why we won't know how it will be until 29th of December this year.

Yeah absolutely if not happen now In 2019 it will because the is no such thing as as permanent or stabilize in bitcoin or crypto currency there's always opportunity that would trigger a hype, and those who are patience enough will get a better opportunities.

Everything takes time, we all have to provide support for bitcoin. Because with support is the only way that can provide a positive change to Bitcoin. At the moment the conditions are at a poor level, the price of Bitcoin has dropped dramatically and we have to wait as patiently as possible. I am optimistic that we will get a much better situation, we just need to wait and we can get a situation that is far better than today. Not happening. I expect 2019 to be 2014 or 2015 all over again: sideline for the whole year. I expect the next bull season when Bitcoin is about to halves again, that is 2021 or 2022. I know this thinking is too linear but I can't find any other reason for the next major bull run other than halving. ETF? Not that appealing anymore.

  I always believe that bitcoin will excel its good vibes by the early months of 2019. Even if the market is on bearishness, still I am optimistic with its outgrow. And I will not tired defending bitcoin, even if there is no bull run by 2019, because many years has to come, and only my patience and positiveness is applicable to gain success.
 

Well, most of the indicators for real have been trying to point to the bullish direction. The market has shown oversold in all angles, there is a bullish divergence across each time frame, and the possibilities of seeing some volume in the market that would bring about an upward participation is surely there, but at the same time, this is something we just have to wait and see how it all turns out.

We have always known that indicators or TA are just there to guide and to anticipate for the movement of the market, not to give an exact prediction of what is going to be happening which is what a lot of people always end up not realizing quickly.

yes, I also have the same hope. at this time, the price of bitcoin and altcoin really fell. I just hope that the end of this year will be a rise in the price of bitcoin, and a high altcoin. even though it's only around $ 8k, I think it's good enough for the end of the year.

There has to be some target for 2019 as of now. Everyone was wondering if 2019 will bring-in more profits to us and will the prices for crypto go up and all that. Right now, we are in November and unless something major happens we are going to see the price going up in 2019 for sure.

I don't think we can sustain this low volume, eventually there will be some buy orders that the sellers can't cover and when the price goes too low even if Craig Wright and Roger Ver sells all of their bitcoins they won't be capable of crippling the economy of bitcoin because the prices will eventually balance between buyers and sellers.

The lower the price goes the more people will want to get bitcoin, who would say no to 2 thousand dollar bitcoin, that's like free x2 profit right there, probably even free x3 profit.

People would probably take any amount as long as we finish the year on a positive trend lol. It's asking for the sun and stars if we wish to be back above 10k by the year's end. 2018 has been a purge for the market where weak hands have been shrugged off.

There is much positive news coming these days for the adoption of Bitcoin and SEC ETFs are pending, Switzerland approved to Bitcoin ETFs recently including Bakkt launch on their trading platform. So, we can expect massive growth of bitcoin in the year 2019.

No, don’t worry. Bitcoin wouldn’t be leaving you profitless the whole one year and keeping the trend on. No, rather the ending month of 2018 would be a blast of profit.

Currently, Bitcoin is at the lowest price of 2017-2018 and it will go to 4k$. Tom Lee and other crypto analyst predicted that bitcoin will cross 15k-20k $ by the mid of 2019. I personally think that bitcoin will start growing in December and in April -May bitcoin will be at its maximum price of 2019.

forget that word: " Experts "... last year these guys who consider themselves experts made very optimistic price prediction, for them this would be a very glorious year where bitcoin prices would reach $40,000. But as you can see, this year was a very bad year. The price does not stop falling and now we are in the $4400, yes we are when to reach the. Where is $ 40,000 that these experts predicted? the truth is that no one can predict this market and we can not trust anyone's predictions. The losses are many and no one knows if the price will ever reach $10,000 or more and if people will recover their losses. everything is uncertain

It's a no for me. It's not that i'm not being optimistic, it's just i'm being realistic. What will fuel that run to happen after this year? I don't see any special thing/event next year that could fuel that run and even if there is, still not a guaranteed. Also, don't always believe on what you read even if they said they are expert or so they say.

Care to share whos this experts that you are saying?we have thousands of predictions about the growth of bitcoin and ofcourse the alternative coins but the truth is nothing is looking to happen this soon.
market still on downtrend and theres no indication about the upcoming pumps.but lets not lose hope if we really believe in bitcoin
