Another big market for the cryptocurrency, although there are some crypto exchanges on UAE continent such as Palmex and Bitoasis, don't know the fact that none of those established in Dubai. Well, at least there is an exchange officially registered which welcomed by the government in the UAE.
The name is really awesome "Crypto Bulls exchange", moreover the aim to encourage UAE to become crypto heaven hopefully can be achieved referring to their plan about “Emirates Blockchain Strategy 2021” to have at least 50% of all government transactions on the blockchain by 2021.

I think that i heard about Bitoasis before but I didn't heard anything later about how things going there. Palmex never heard about it.
UAE is taking a leading place among the third world countries.

Opening up a business in these middle-eastern countries are really easy. With the non-strict laws they have about business opportunities you can open up your own business with just 1 day in total processing. If this cryptocurrency exchange will open up a successful market in Dubai there is no doubt that it will be poised to open up other business opportunities related to that industry. The good thing about this one is if this market becomes successful we will definitely see an increase in demand for the whole cryptocurrency market.

The source of the news is the journalist[1], who attributes the allegations to Al Zarooni's group, "which has not yet officially confirmed"
I do not think this news is true, as the UAE's policy is to support cryptocurrency after it is accepted globally, which means that these platforms will be supported once a decision is made by the superpowers and not the initiative is taken.
Also, the government is more open to Blockchain applications.
