I'd recommend the longest running firms first especially for new users so you dont have anything much to judge on being new to the tables.   I setup an account with FJ years back and actually forgot about it, came back in last 6 months and it still had my same account waiting and with balance in it .

Neteller is not a legal option in many countries and considering the person wrote with bad english I suppose he comes from a country that doesn't educate English to children properly and usually they make it illegal to use neteller for that kind of stuff.
