Is there any service like twilio that offer italian private numbers for SMS verification and that accepts bitcoins? Thank you.

Are you looking for SMS PVA sites? which can receive a verification code to verify an account?

There are some sites that I know you can use for SMS verification but I don't know if they have Italian numbers.

Both are accepting bitcoin as payment or deposit.

It's an updated list of escrow that you can use and you can also check the link given by Potato Chips which also the updated list of escrow.

Since you are a newbie they can't trust you without using escrow unless if you can pay them first but beware on scammer make sure to deal on trusted members here on the forum or use escrow for the safety for both of you.

I've been looking on several other forums and I haven't been able to find any SMS verification services with Italian numbers; in fact, I haven't found anything about numbers from Italy except for free numbers which I assume won't work for you. The services section (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) is your best bet, as Potato Chips linked above.

IMHO escrow isn't totally necessary as I know most SMS verification services charge just a dollar or two for most countries, and that's not a large amount of money to lose to me personally, but if it's a big deal to you, then by any means use escrow. The problem is that 99% of reputable forum escrows have a relatively high minimum escrow amount compared to the cost that most SMS verification services charge.

You could also make a WTB post in the Digital Goods (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=93.0) section. I feel that's the other relevant board for finding SMS verification besides Services on this forum, and Digital Goods gets a relatively high number of visitors on this forum.

I just need a single activation so I don't really need to own the number. A service that would provide a single activation would be fine aswell but the problem is that none of this services have italian numebers, I don't need an escrow I can pay upfront.

Since you are just finding or do need a single number or activation then its already being given above that local section or you can find some people on service https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0
to make out such need. If you don't need some escrow then better to be careful to make deals with anyone.
