(Yes or No) 1b) Optional comments, if you want... 2) Have you personally participated in an ICO during 2018? Were you an investor (any size no need to specify), ICO credit "bounty hunter", Company/Team Member, running an industry related website, etc? (Please briefly describe the way you participate in ICO's) Bitcoin Credits?
