Title: any non-scam bitcoin mixing services running?
Post by: petethedude on March 08, 2014, 08:09:19 AM
The only two mixing services I know of are bitlaunder.com and bitcoinfog.com but I'm too scared to use them in case they are scams  ;)

Anyone know of good reliable BTC mixing service(s) currently operating?

how could i?
its the same with exchanges and online wallets. as soon as coins left your control they are not yours anymore.

my sig is advertising. i am willing to advertise any business which i feel is good and which handles their customers properly. that does not mean i would trust them with a huge amount. i did in the past (with other businesses) and got burned hard multiple times.

You can make your own mixing for a smaller fee!
deposit to a small exchane like poloniex or cryptorush or mintpal .... buy an altcoin with 0 traded volume that has the same buy price as the sell price on second exchange and transfer it, sell it for btc and withdraw to the address of your choice!

No problem. I know what you mean. We've all been burned, or goxxed, and its impossible to trust any service for large amounts or long times.

And btw, @Lloydie I'm definitely not Mark. If I was, I don't think I would need to ask about mixing ;-)
