In addition to both of your findings, I was able to locate/identify Jessica Simon. She is a journalist/reporter from Uzbekistan, her name is Dilobar Yakubova. I suspect that all images are taken from various videos. This is why it's hard to find them.

I suspect that all images are taken from various videos.
