They have collaboration with the Empire World Group to deploy their cryptocurrency within their system, is that right? So they are not trying to build this city, because someone else is going to build such City. Maybe they are trying to operate a cashless city and this is their guinea pig. But the question is, when will this Empire World City be realized? Is the construction going on? In what stage of development they are in right now?
