During the latest Ethereum core devs meeting, held today, the developers set Wednesday, January 16, as the date to implement the upcoming Constantinople hard fork on the mainnet. This date is subject to change if issues arise or other considerations are brought forward between now and then.

what do you think? Ethereum will life again? :)

I don't understand what actually the hardfork is? But a snap in mind that the community is divided into a separate part and this hardfork already happened in the last year I think and the other part becomes as Ethereum Classic. Want to know more about that why this hardfork is going on in most of the good digital coin.

Hard Fork  is a fixed update version. Hard fork copy old code include whole data. ago past ETH was successful hard fork and create a new coin is ETC.

It is only a verbal agreement and at last it can be changed. it is not a writing contract so I do not hope anything about it.

if Ethereum dies, how is the latest news announced about the progress of ethereum the new model that will be released soon. I don't think that will happen, but if other altcoins tend to die, if they don't make a renewal

As we know that news about hardfork tends to have a good impact on crypto prices because the hype about free coins still works for this market, I think it will also be a hype that makes ETH prices rise

He was postponed for a few times. Ethereum needs a new thrill. In the event of a support or improvement, the price will rise.

Ethereum's price rise is not only for Ethereum HODL'ers, but for everyone on the market. Token prices are closely related to the rise of Ethereum.

This is not one of these hard forks, no new coin is going to be created because of this fork, it's just an improvement of Ethereum.

Hardfork eth plans are still running and next year will be the peak, but seeing the situation and conditions as well.
Past many hope that eth hard fork really exists and is looking for the right time for the development of this news.

I think it will cause a good growth and give impetus to the conquest of a new height. Hard fork Ethereum will only benefit !

Really? So drama about free coins won't happen in Ethereum hardfork
I doubt it will have a big impact on ETH prices, but at least I hope it will have a big impact on the Ethereum network

Do you think this will be good news to return ethereum prices back to the moon even more? I think besides waiting for the moment the ETF with the hard fork will be the strength for ethereum to rise

i would really like it, if the price of ethereum would rise again through this new update, but i can not say if it will really happen. it would be a good sign, if the price would rise again. many people have now lost the belief in ethereum and that could change it again.

why they still apply hard forks. is this a form of change, will it also be paid later? because of the level of security that has a selling price

Constantinopel is an update to the ethereum protocol and I think the ice age gets another delay. It will be an interesting thing and I guess a lot of speculators will try to move their portfolios to the ethereum before the next hardfork. It will life again just like what has already happened with bitcoin cash. the decrease of block reward from 3 eth to the 2 eth incoming.  8)

I don't believe it in this situation they do hard fork, lost value again. They should develop more powerful system to create many trust with ethereum because with trust price will goes up not with hard fork. Ethereum need some positive news and ( maybe ) change some tools/ system for better network. I'll not follow this news, already stuck with high value and now hard fork, nightmare for me.
