I know ETH fork new coin and I want to know how ETH prices change. And Should i buy ETH this moment?

There will be no new coin from ethereum fork, remember the latest fork of ethereum doesn't generate a new coin. You should search the latest news about that. It seems like you have been missing it. as far as i know this update will focus to improve the protocol in ethereum platfotm. It's not about issued a new token.

In general, when you are buying, act with your own instincts and information more than what people say. If you buy someone because you say buy it or sell it because someone says sell it, your loss will be great.

With the advent of the new fork, the ether will definitely fall in price, so if you want to invest in this coin you need to prepare for a long-term retention in order to return to the previous level.

There will only be a fork if the new update in the ethereum platform will not be supported by the entire mining community. If it will be supported by every miner, then there is no fork.

Ethereum is not forking to a new coin! this fork is like an upgrade and i don't think there will be any renaming fork to keep the original chain (although it is possible) in which case the price is only changing based on how hyped up this fork is.
there is a lot of risks with hardforks like this so logically there should be a price drop prior to this fork because wise people who know better should technically stay away. but that is not how the pump and dump market works. people rarely care about anything technical so we may see a pump if pumpers choose to pump it!!!

The one that will have their fork is bitcoin cash and I think you are interested with that coin to have both coins when the fork occurs. Whether there's a fork or not, if you believe ethereum then you should start buying. The price is unstable and there's no assurance if the price would be up soon but I'm holding it until now.

I only know that ethereum now is good to buy because the price is very low and I think if you already doing analyze and you think this is the best time to buy ethereum, then you should buy. We don't know what will happen with ethereum, but we know that the price will increase higher in someday so I think we don't want to miss this chance, right? I suggest you take a look at the market before you buy and if there is a new coin come out because of ethereum fork, that's mean ethereum price will go higher because people want to get a free coin from ethereum.

this fork has always been something that people expected for a pump and based on the evidence at hand and the timing they choose for it, i think they are actually aiming for an attempt at pumping ethereum.

but the fork itself is no good if you ask me which means we may see a very wild couple of weeks during that fork with initially a pump and then a severe dump. mainly as an exit plan by the whales to get out a bigger profit.

Constantinople was postponed due to an error, but there is a new date for 02/25/19, and the latest news says that everything is going according to plan.  We wait.  This will not be a new coin, a team working on improvement.  When you are asked to buy you ETH or not, it's just your own business.  Follow the news of the cryptocurrency market, it will be easier to make a decision.

Forks don't create a new token or coin everytime. Ethereum forks about the system upgrade and preparation for changeover their system from POW to POS algorithm.

It's crystal clear that Constantinople is affecting the price trend of ETH positively. Just today, we saw a spike of 11% increase. The development on ground by Ethereum foundation is really impressive, let's see what the upgraded algorithm brings. I'm a die hard ETH supporter.

The planned ETH hard fork is not about creating a new coin/token, it is about the development. It will simply be upgraded to more secure and user-friendly platform. While I'm not fully sure about it, I found news published by Gate.io exchange that they will support ETH hard fork and will distribute any new coin/token generated by the chain. So I think there is a small chance to happen this.

I can't say what will happen after Hard fork but I am quite sure that the pump will continue till Hard fork. As all people are taking this fork as an important step I can say that ETH will touch a new ATH after this fork. It should be noted that, no new coin will be created after the fork.

i think the ethereum fork is nothing to do with the ethereum price.. just like the other fork last time.. the current price of ethereum is back to 138 dollars again,, it was on 145 dollars the other day

This topic was started last few months ago. There is new fork comes again and It will happen in last day of February and we don't know what happen during and after the fork if the value of the ethereum will be rise or down. But mostly we need to be positive like rising value  so we can really happen after the fork.

this time hardfork aims to upgrade the system, so this is positive news and of course this can make ETH prices rise even though not much but usually good news always produces good results too

02/28/2019 ETH will finally upgrade to Constantinople.  The unit reward will drop to 2 ETH.  What will happen to the course, opinions are divided.  We are waiting for everything to clear up soon.

the fork has nothing to do with ethereum, as the fork will not issue a new coin so no one will buy ethereum because of the fork

The main thing is not about to bring a new update and optimization to the system but that's about the block decrease and then it will distributed less ethereum to the market. Miners get less reward and market gets less dumpers. That's the main point on this update.
